❷ 2020年3月9日 とみやま - 鎌倉 / Tomiyama - Kamakura, 9th of March 2020

Rの食の問題があり、私達にとって外食はかなりハードルが高いものです。

"お料理・とみやま" は、便利な地にあり、Rへの対応もしてくださるので、機会があえば、利用します。

この日も、東京からの帰りで、鎌倉駅から電話をし、伺いました。

コロナウィルス (COVID-19) が原因で、予約がたくさんキャンセルされてしまったと聞きました。

なので、私達が行った際には、私達の他に一人の男性がいただけです。

その男性は、予約をキャンセルした幹事さんで、陳謝の意味も込めての来店のようでした。

お刺身おいし~い！
Rは'炙り'が大好きです。
とみやま のお刺身盛り合わせには、
いつも炙りが1つ、2つ入っています。

Sashimi is Delicious!
R loves 'Aburi' which is slightly grilled sashimi.
Sashimi Assorted by 'Tomiyama'
always contains one or two Aburi.

R has food problems, so eating out is a fairly high hurdle for us.

A Japanese restaurant "Tomiyama" is located in a convenient location, and he is also helpful for R, so we use here if we have the opportunity.

On the way back from Tokyo, I called from Kamakura Station and visited.

I heard that many reservations have been canceled due to the coronavirus (COVID-19 / Covid Nineteen). 

So when we visited there, there was only one man besides us.

The man was the organizer who canceled the reservation and seemed to come to here with the meaning of apologizing.

天ぷら盛り合わせ
天ぷらはRにとって比較的安全です。
天ぷらがあるおかげで、彼のお腹は満たされます。

Assorted Tempura
Tempura is relatively safe for R.
Thanks to the tempura, his stomach is full.

春らしいラベルとRが好きそうなお酒なので

注文しました。

彼の好みの味だったようです。

よかった！

We ordered it because the label seems to show spring 

and R seemed to like.

It seems that it was his favourite taste.

'まつもと' (右)は、京都伏見のお酒で、店の定番の1つ。

私がこのお店で一番好きなお酒です。

one of the standards here.
This is my favourite Sake in this restaurant.

これも美味しかったけれど、
私はやっぱり、'まつもと' が好きです。

This was also delicious, but after all I like 'Matsumoto'.

私は、はも(鱧)が大好き！
関西では美味しいはもがスーパーでもありましたが
関東ではなかなかありません。
ここで美味しいはもが食べられて幸せでした。

Hamo: Dagger-tooth Pike Conger
I love Hamo : Dagger-tooth Pike Conger.
Delicious Hamo was available in Kansai region supermarkets, 
but it is hard to find in the Kantō region.
I was happy to eat delicious Hamo here.

Vegetables with Tofu 

'いぶりがっこ'とクリームチーズ
この組み合わせが珍しく、新鮮に感じました。
ここの 'いぶりがっこ'は、板前オーナー、とみやまさんの
おばあさまの手作りと聞きました。
その'いぶりがっこ'を自分用にも母、姉用にも
買わせていただきました。

Iburigakko and Cream Cheese 
Iburigakko is Akita Prefectures's traditional pickles.
This combination was unusual and felt fresh.
I heard that "Iburigakko" here is handmade
by the grandmother of Tomiyama, the owner chef.
I bought some Iburigakko for myself, my mother, and my sister.

美味しくいただきました。

この後、2020年中には、再びお店を訪ねることができませんでした。
