最後の外出は、5月11日、あっという間に2週間たってしまいました。
夫Rは外出好きなので、彼は何度か出かけています。
もともと、出不精なので、在宅が2週間くらい続いても違和感はないのです。
同じ場所に居続けると、'溜まってゆく'、'濁る' という感覚はあり、屋内でできる範囲で移動はしています。
例えば、1・2階の行き来を増やす、庭に出るなど...。
まあ、それでも、散歩のように、外の空気を体に入れて浄化しつつ
筋肉も適度に動かす効果には程遠いですね。
この日、朝の散歩をかねて買い物にRとともに出かけました。
撮影はi-phoneのカメラを使用しています。
Purification of Mind and Body
The last time I went out was 11th of May, two weeks past in the blink of an eye.
My husband R likes to go out, so he goes out several times.
Originally, I'm stay-at-home, so I don't feel any discomfort even if
I stay at home for about two weeks.
If I stay in the same place, I would feel that I would become stale, so
I move inside as much as I can.
For example, move between the ground and 1st floors, go out to the garden, etc.
Well, even so, it is far from the effect of fresh air into my body and moving the muscles moderately like in a walk.
On this day, I went shopping with R for a walk in the morning.
I used my i-phone camera for photographs.

A. 桜のプロムナード / Cherry Promenade
七里ガ浜住宅街 の中心地には、'桜のプロムナード' と '緑のプロムナード' があります。
'桜のプロムナード' 周辺に、お店、レストラン、カフェが集まっています。
目的の西友もそこにあります。

紫陽花の開花 紫陽花が咲いている場面を今年初めて見ました。 鎌倉山よりも七里ヶ浜は暖かいのだと気がつかされます。
Hydrangea Blooming I saw the hydrangea blooming for the first time this year. It let me notice that Shichirigahama is warmer than Kamakurayama. 我が家の紫陽花はまだ青い蕾です。 Our hydrangea has been green buds yet. |
Seasonal Changes
In the centre of the Shichirigahama residential area, there are 'Cherry Promenade' and 'Green Promenade'.
There are many shops, restaurants and cafes around 'Cherry Promenade' .
Our aim, Seiyu supermarket is also there.

アカンサス
アカンサスが咲いています。
色々な場所でアカンサスが咲いているのを見ると
いいな〜と思います。
我が家のアカンサスは一度咲いたきりで、
ずっと葉だけが育っています。
Rは、
「日のあたりが足りないのではないか」
と言います。
確かに、一度咲いた時は、大きな木々の葉を
かなり切った年でした。
Acanthus When I see the acanthus blooming in various places, I adore them. Our acanthus has only bloomed once, and it has just had leaves all the time. R said "Isn't there enough sunlight?" Certainly, the once it bloomed, it was a year when the leaves of large trees were cut back considerably. |

'桜のプロムナード'
この先に七里ヶ浜、相模湾があります。
写真に小さく海が見えます。
見えますか？
西友は右手にあります。
'Cherry Promenade'
There are Shichirigahama Beach and Sagami Bay ahead. I can just see the sea in this photograph. Can you see it? Seiyu is on your right. 
カメラのズームを用いると、海がはっきり見えます。
この先の道は坂になっており、
'七校通り (シチコウドオリ)'と呼ばれています。
この坂はドラマ、アニメなどによく使用されています。
With the camera zoom, you can see the ocean clearly.
The road ahead is a slope down and is called
'Shichikō Street'.
The slope is often used in dramas and animations. |

5月の朝の光で西友も綺麗に、元気に見えます (笑)。
8時半に到着、こんなに早く西友へきたのは私は初めてです。
Seiyu looks beautiful and energetic

B. 帰り道 / On Our Way Home
'緑のプロムナード'を歩いて帰ります。

ヤマブキ
ヤマブキは、比較的よく見る花です。
どこのヤマブキも元気そうに咲いていて、
こちらにも元気を与えてくれます。
洋風にも和風にも感じられる花です。
Japanese Kerria Every Japanese Kerria is fine, and they also give me energy. It is a flower that can be felt in both Western and Japanese styles.

花の1つ1つが
「こんにちは〜！」
と言っているように感じます。

紫陽花？
我が家の山紫陽花と似ていますがサイズは全く違います。
こちらは巨人！
Hydrangea? It's similar to our mountain hydrangea, but the size is completely different. This is a giant! 
形が面白く色も綺麗。

ランタナ 我が家のランタナはなかなかうまく成長しませんが、 他で見るランタナはみんな元気そうです。 いつか我が家のランタナもそうなると信じています。 Lantana Lantana is multicoloured and has a complicated structure. Our Lantana doesn't grow very well, but all the lantana I see elsewhere seem to be fine. I believe that one day our Lantana will be like that. 七変化 色が変化してゆく様に由来しています。 なるほどね〜。
Shichi-henge : Seven Changes ; Metamorphous I found out that the Japanese name is "Shichi-henge (Seven Changes)". It is derived from the way the colour changes. Indeed~d. |

白い紫陽花
実家の紫陽花が白でした。
子供の頃、紫陽花は白いものだと思っていました。
白い紫陽花には思い出がたくさんあります。
紫陽花に青系・赤系があり色が変わるのだということは、
ずっと後になって知りました。
White Hydrangea Hydrangea in my parents' garden was white. When I was a child, I thought hydrangea was white. I have many memories about white hydrangea. Much later I found out that hydrangeas have types of blue and red colours and their colours can change. 
白い紫陽花を見つけると懐かしい思いや
思い出が湧きでます。
Looking at the white hydrangea gives me
nostalgic feelings and memories.

クスノキ
このクスノキ (樟、楠) は枝葉をだいぶ落とされています。
放置すると巨木になるので、住宅街の真ん中では
それも仕方がないのでしょう。
新しい枝葉が古い幹と枝と一緒になって
面白い形を作り出しています。
ちなみに日本最大の巨木は、
鹿児島県蒲生八幡神社 (カモウハチマンジンジャ) の
"蒲生の大楠" (幹周24.2 m) です。
Camphor Tree If left unattended, it could become a huge tree, so cutting may be unavoidable in the middle of a residential area. The new branches and leaves combine with the old trunk and branches to create an interesting shape. By the way, the largest giant tree in Japan is "Kamō no Okusu : Great camphor of Kamō" (trunk circumference 24.2 m) 
常緑樹です。
葉の新旧の色が違い、それも面白さの1つに感じます。

ムラサキツユクサ |
ムラサキツユクサ (紫露草) は、花壇の花と野原の花の間に
あるように私は感じています。
花壇の花としては密やかさがあり、野原の花としては華やかです。
私は野草のツユクサが好きですが、庭で雑草抜きをしている時に
花をつけていなければ、見分けられず、
花の時期前に庭から姿を消しがちです。
ツユクサに比べるとムラサキツユクサは明らかに園芸用です。
Tradescantia I feel that Tradescantia (Purple Spiderwort) seems to be halfway between flowers of the flowerbed and flowers of the field. The flowers in the flowerbed are quiet, and the flowers in the field are gorgeous. I like the wild grass, Commelinaceae, but if they don't have flowers when weeding in our garden, I can't tell them apart so, they tend to disappear from our garden before the flowering season. Compared to Commelinaceae, Tradescantia is clearly a garden plant.

朝開いて午後には萎んでしまう一日花です。

さくらんぼ
ソメイヨシノ (染井吉野) の実は毒はないと聞いていますが、
食べられません。
美味しくないようです。
鳥やリスも食べないように思います。
Cherry but we can't eat their cherries. They don't seem to be delicious. I don't think birds or squirrels eat them. 
観賞用
花も実も観賞用ですね。
Ornamental
Both the flowers and the fruits are ornamental. |
"緑のプロムナード"を離れ、七里ガ浜住宅街の中を鎌倉山へだんだん登って行きます。
Leaving the "Green Promenade", we gradually climb up to Kamakurayama from the Shichirigahama residential area.

新緑の中の紅葉
突然、そこだけ深紅！
イロハモミジ (いろは紅葉) の1つ、"出猩々(デショウジョウ)" は、
春と秋の2回紅葉を披露してくれると知りました。
これは、"出猩々"なのでしょうか？
Autumn Leaves in Fresh Green Suddenly, only here is crimson! "Deshojo" which shows off the autumn colours twice, in spring and autumn. Is this "Deshojo"?  |

赤い柵
金属の柵が錆びて赤くなり、ベンガラ塗りされた木製に見えます。
ここまで錆びると綺麗、カナメモチとの相性も良いです。
この家は空き家かもしれません。
Red Fence The metal fence rusts and turns red-brown and looks like wood painted with red colorant of Bengala (red iron oxide) It is beautiful when it rusts like this, This house may be empty. 鳥の休憩所
2階の雨戸もこんな感じ。

緑の中の家
物語に出てくるような家です。
アイビーとハイビスカスに包まれています。
ハオビスカスはまだ花のシーズンではありませんが、
昨年この家を知った時にはハイビスカスが満開でした。
House in Green
It looks like a house that appears in a story. Wrapped in ivy and hibiscus. Hibiscus is not yet in the flower season, but when I first found this house last year, the hibiscus was in full bloom. |

ミニバラ？
ミニバラのようですがここまで大きくなるものでしょうか？
Mini Rose?
It looks like a mini rose, but does it grow so big?
Rは、香りを嗅いで、不満げに
「香りがしない！」
と言いました。
そもそもミニバラなら香りはほぼしないはず....
綺麗に咲くだけで充分です。
R tried to smell it and grumbled "No scent!" In the first place, if it is a mini rose, it should have almost no scent .... It is enough to bloom beautifully. |

ランタナ
玄関前に大きく成長しています。
豪華です。

振り返って |
七里ヶ浜住宅街から鎌倉山へ登る坂の途中で撮影しました。
i-phoneで充分に綺麗に撮影できます。
ニコンのカメラよりもi-phoneの方が私の意を汲んで
写してくれるように感じます。
ニコンのカメラは被写体の選り好みが激しく、
花びらのような柔らかなラインは嫌いらしいのです。
ただ、ズーム撮影はニコンのカメラに軍配が上がります。
Look Back
I took this photograph on the way up the slope from Shichirigahama residential area to Kamakurayama. I can take beautiful photographs with my i-phone. I feel that my i-phone understands my will more than my Nikon camera. My Nikon camera has a strong preference for subjects, and it doesn't like soft lines like petals. However, zoom photography is much better by my Nikon. |
