    Even Though It's a Super Moon Night

1) 練習中 / Practicing

朝、シャッターを開けると鶯 (ウグイス) の鳴き声が近くから遠くから聞こえています。

まだ若い鶯らしく、ホーホケキョの練習中。

たまに、成鳥が鳴くらしく、ホーホケキョと聞こえる時もあります。

他の鳥の鳴き声も、カラスの鳴き声も聞こえますが、鶯の声だけを聴こうとする自分に気がつきます。

Practicing

When I open the shutter in the morning, I can hear Japanese Bush Warbler singing from near and far.

They seem to be young warblers and are practicing 'Hōhōkekyo'.

Occasionally, adult birds are singing and can be heard as 'Hōhōkekyo'.

I can hear the sounds of other birds and crows, but I find myself trying to hear only the warbler.

2) 庭 / Garden 

ベロニカ・オックスフォード ブルー
昨年は複数の鉢にベロニカ・オックスフォード ブルーを
植えていました。
花の時期が終わり、夫Rが地植えにしました。
1つだけ根付いてくれたようで、花を咲かせました。
1つだけでも生き残ってくれて嬉しいです。

Veronica・Oxford Blue

Last year I planted Veronica Oxford Blue in multiple pots.

The flower season was over

 and my husband R has planted them in the ground.

It seems that only one has taken root, 

and the flowers have bloomed.

I'm glad that even one survived.

左上 : サツキ (皐月、杜鵑) の花がもうすぐ終了します。
右；紫蘭 (シラン) は花の時期が終了しました。
真ん中 : チェリーセージは咲き始めました。
手前 : 白い紫陽花は、咲き始めで色が緑がかっています。

Upper Left : Satsuki (Rhododendron) flowers are about to end.

Right : Hyacinth Orchid (Bletilla Striata) has finished 

its flowering season.

Middle : Cherry Sage has begun to bloom.

Foreground : The white hydrangea is beginning to bloom 

and is greenish in colour.

The bluish-purple colour is getting darker.

3) 花のドローイング / Flower Drawing 

昨年、鉢から地植えに変えたスミレ(左)が咲き始めました。
そこだけ野原の雰囲気がしています。

Last year, violets (left), which were changed
from pots to ground plants,began to bloom.
That's the atmosphere of the field.

4) スーパームーンの夜なのに

    Even Though It's a Super Moon Night

スーパームーンの夜
スーパームーンの夜なのに、雲がかかり、
月そのものを見ることができませんでした。

Super Moon Night

Even though it was a Super Moon, night,

 it was cloudy and I couldn't see the Moon itself.

うっすらと....
月は、うっすらと一瞬空に現れました。
明るくなってゆくことを期待しましたが、このあと、
全く見えなくなってしまいました。

Slightly ....

The moon appeared faintly in the sky for a moment.

I expected it to get brighter, but after that, I couldn't see it at all.

スーパームーンも皆既月食も見ることができませんでしたが、前日の晩、素晴らしい月夜を経験したので、まあ、いいか...と思いました。

I  couldn't see the Super Moon or a total lunar eclipse, however, I had a wonderful moonlit night the night before, so I thought it was okay.
