"東京ドイツ村"
"東京ドイツ村"という所があることを知りませんでした。
敷地面積は27万坪と東京ドームの約19倍です。
ですが、私達が経験したのは、観覧車だけです。
まあ、それだけで十分だったと思います。

 "Country Farm Tokyo German Village".
I did not know there is the "Country Farm Tokyo German Village".
The area is 270,000 tsubo (446310㎡) which is as much as 19 times Tokyo Dome.
However, we just rode the ferris wheel. 
Well, I think that was enough for us.

イルミネーションが目的だったので、夕暮れ時に到着。

Our purpose was to see the illuminations,

we arrived there in the evening twilight time.

素直に感動〜〜！
Obediently, I was impressed!

観覧車から / From Ferris Wheel 

高さが上がると景色が変わって行きます。
目が離せません。
なんどもシャッターを押してしまいます！

Our gondola became higher, the views were changing,
I could not take my eyes away from the views,
and I pressed the shutter button many times!

微妙な違いを楽しんでください。

家族旅行は終わります！
色々な意味でほっとしました。
ふ〜っ！

Our family trip finished!
I was relieved for a few reasons.
Phew!

"勝浦ホテル三日月" には、温泉風呂があり、温水プールもあります。

母が温泉に行くのは久しぶりでした。

ここの温泉は、海を見つつ入浴できます。

また、1億5千万円の金無垢(金メッキでない!) のお風呂もあります。

ちょっと悪趣味に思えましたが、他では経験できないことなので、入りました。

もちろん、姉も入りましたし、母も私達が手助けし、入りました(冥土の土産に?)。

温泉風呂が苦手なRですが、彼の好きなプールがあり、なおかつ、ここの温水プール: "アクアパレス"は、かなり娯楽性があります。

そうのうえ、彼が行った時間帯が遅かったので、独り占めに近い状態で使用できたと思います。

きっと、ようやく、一人の時間を持てて、リラックスできたのではないでしょうか？

夜の食事も、朝食も、バイキング形式なので、Rの食の問題も、解決。

ただ、私達が泊まった部屋は、変な臭いがしていました。

豪華なツアーではないので、安い部屋、何かしら不都合があるのは、仕方がないのでしょうけれど、臭いがこもっているのは、悪い気もこもっているように感じ、あまり、リラックスはできませんでした。

従業員の方々は、どのセクションでも親切でした。

母も喜んでいましたし、良い宿泊だったのではないかと思います。

お世話になりました。ありがとうございました！

"KATSUURA HOTEL MIKAZUKI" has an Onsen : hot spring bath and a hot spring pool as well.

My mother hadn't been to a spa bath for a long time.

We can see the sea while we have a hot spring bath.

And also there is a solid gold (Not gold-plated) bath of one hundred fifth million yen.

I felt a little in poor taste, although I could not have this experience anywhere else, so I had a bath here.

Of course, my sister did and we helped our mother who also had a bath here (in a bright memory to carry into the next world?).

R is weak about Onsen, though he likes a pool.

The hotel's pools are spring pools : "Aqua Palace" has some entertainments, moreover, when he used the pool, it was late time, so he mostly dominated.

I guess finally he had his own time and then he could relax, couldn't he?

Their dinner and breakfast are buffet style, so R's food requests were alright.

Just one thing, our room had a bad smell.

Our tour was not so gorgeous, so our room was low-price and we could not help it, however, I feel that if a room is stuffy, the room would have a bad "KI", so I could not be so relaxed.

Every section's staff were kind.

Our mother was pleased there, so I think it was a good stay.

ここからきているのですね〜。

Katsuura Bay has another name which is Mikazuki Bay,
Mikazuki means crescent moon.
The name of Katsuura Hotel Mikazuki came form this, indeed.

平島の鳥居
海神様なのか、どこかの神社の鳥居なのか？

"勝浦大漁まつり"の最終日のイベント、"神輿船渡し"で

神輿を乗せた船が勝浦漁港と平島を旋回するそうです。

では、海神様を祀っているのでしょう。

It is for Sea God or the Gate of somewhere's Shrine?

I heard that in "Katsuura Good Catch Fishing Festival",

the last day's event, "Mikoshi-funa-Watashi" :

  "Mobile Shrine on a Ship" is that the ship with the shrine pivots 

between Katsuura fishing port and the Hirajima Island.

Then it is to worship the Sea God, isn't it?

"朝市新鮮広場”
ホテルの近くで朝市をしていると聞いたので、
母、姉、私で早朝、出かけました。(Rはベッドの中！)
着いてみると、"朝市新鮮広場”という名前の、それは一軒のお店でした。
そっ、そういうことでしたか......。

"Morning Market Fresh Square"
We heard there is a morning market which is close to the hotel,
so our mother, my sister and I went out for it in the early morning.
(R still was in bed)
After we arrived there, we found that it is one shop and then the name is
"Morning Market Fresh Square".
That's the way it is......

姉はたくさんのお土産をここで買い、宅配便を利用しました。
My sister bought a lot of souvenirs and used home delivery.

サービス精神旺盛のオバサマ
カメラを彼女に向けるとマスクの下に笑顔を作ってくれ、
ピースサインも両手でしてくれました。
元気な方だな〜、お仕事、好きなのね〜と感じ、
こちらも元気になりました。

She is full of service mind.
When I pointed my camera to her, she made smile under the mask
as well as  made peace signs with both hands.
I felt she is vigorous and loves her job and then I became cheerful.

亀岩の洞窟

鹿野山 神野寺 (カノウザン ジンヤジ)のあと、"亀岩の洞窟"に行きました。

"亀岩の洞窟"は、千葉県君津市笹の清水渓流広場内にあり、ジブリの世界のような風景が見える場所として、突然、人気のスポットになりました。

私達が訪ねた時は、すでに駐車場地点ですごい混みようで、何台もの観光バスはそこに駐車することができず、旅行者を下ろすと、どこかへ移動します。

私達も例にもれず、駐車場でおり、"亀岩の洞窟"へ向かいます。

旅行会社のパンフレットによって、"亀岩の洞窟"へは、ある程度、歩く事は知っていました。

なので、途中で母が歩けなくなったら、ベンチで休んでもらい、帰りにまた合流して集合地点へ戻るというつもりでした。

ですが、洞窟まで、徒歩15~20分、その地点から違うルートを歩いて戻るという、一歩通行のコース、一度コースへ入ったら、同じ道を戻る事ができないということを現地で知りました。

とても、母には無理なコース。

母に駐車場で待っていてもらい、私達、3人(姉、R、私)で行かせてもらいました。

遊歩道では、たくさんの人々と一緒で、私には周囲の景色を楽しむ余裕はありませんでした。

"亀岩の洞窟" に到着しても、その有名な風景を見るには、行列に参加し、多少、川で足を濡らさなくてはならず、その上、その周辺は滑りやすそうに見えました。

見たいという私達の気持ちは消えました。

行列に参加することなく、帰りの道につきました。

きっと、のんびりと散策できたら、遊歩道を楽しみ、"亀岩の洞窟" の不思議な空間、空気を感じることができたのかもしれません。

"Kameiwa Cave" is in the 'Shimizukeiryu - Square', Sasa, Kimitsu City in Chiba Prefecture.

Here, suddenly, became a popular sightseeing spot, as the view is like a scene from a Studio Ghibli's animation.

According to Asahi Newspaper in Internet, below

"KIMITSU, Chiba Prefecture--Sightseers and fans of Studio Ghibli have been flocking to a cave and waterfall here after word spread that the site looks as if it is straight out of one of the famed anime studio’s productions.~~"

When we visited there, there was already crowded with people in the carpark, many coaches could not use the carpark, dropped tourists there and have gone somewhere.

As was common with the tourists, we got off our coach there and started walking to the Cave.

By our itinerary, I knew that we must walk for a while to "Kameiwa-no-Dokutsu" : "Kameiwa Cave" ; Tortoise Rock Cave.

So I thought that if our mother could not walk on our way, she could sit down a bench and we would see her on our back way to the car park.

However, at the site, we found that we walked to the Cave in 15~20 minutes and returned by a different route which was one way, so once if we started walking on the course, we could not return the same way.

It is an impossible course for our mother.

Our mother was waiting for us at the carpark and she let us (my sister, R and me) go.

We walked together with so many people on the pavement and I did not have scope for enjoying views around there.

We arrived the "Kameiwa Cave" and then we found that if we would see the popular view, we should join a queue, our feet would get wet in a river, plus there looked slippery.

Our motivation for looking at the Cave evaporated.

We did not join the queue and started out on our way to the carpark.

If we walked leisurely, we might enjoy the pavement and feel a mysterious space and air of the Cave.

"亀岩の洞窟"
私が唯一撮影した写真。

ここからくだって行くと狭い場所にたくさんの人が溜まっていました。

私の写真では、ジブリのような世界とはいえないけれど、
私には美しく、心惹かれる風景であることは確かです。

"亀岩の洞窟"と "濃溝の滝" は同じ場所であるという情報が広まりましたが、

実際の "濃溝の滝" は、洞窟の50mほど下流にあり、別々のものです。

I only photographed it from above the cave.

We walked down to the river, 
we saw many people were collected in a narrow place.

My photograph does not have a view like Studio Ghibli's work world, 

though anyway the view is beautiful and captures me.

Wrong information has been spread that "Noukou-no-Taki : Noukou Waterfall"
is a part of the Cave, actually the waterfall is 50m downstream from the Cave,

they are different and in different places.

It reminds me of "Shakado-Kiridoushi" in Kamakura.

"亀岩の洞窟" ; 川回しの説明板

江戸時代 (1603 -1863) に、千葉周辺で、川廻しのために掘られた所が
最近では、"亀岩の洞窟"と呼ばれています。
川廻しとは、蛇行する川をとめ、短絡化し、
古川の土地を農地に変えた工法でした。
傾斜地で短絡形成したので、段差ができ、そこが滝になったのです。

The Explanation Board for the Cave and "Kawamawashi"
In Edo period (1603 -1863), their purpose was one of river conservation methods, 

called "Kawamawashi", and which made new fields in a mountainous Chiba area.

Nowadays, here's Kawamawashi is called

 "Kemeiwa-no-Dokutsu" : "Kameiwa Cave" : Tortoise Rock Cave.

"亀岩の洞窟"から木道を歩いて戻ります。

なかなか良い散歩コースでした。

 We walked back on the wooden footpath from the Cave.

It was quite good walking.
