1) 夕食 / Dinner
私と夫Rのストックホルム旅行中、3回、ディナーを外食しました。
そのうち2軒がSushi (寿司でないところが重要！)で、1軒が "Rolfs Kök" での西洋料理でした。
"Rolfs Kök"は、ガイドブック『北欧トラベルダイアリー』
で知りました。
ネット上での評価も良く、バサスタン地区 (Vasastan) のオデンプラン (Odenplan) にある私達の宿泊所：”Perfect city center location” : ★から、徒歩圏内でした。

Dinner
I and my husband R had three restaurants dinners during in our Stockholm trip.
Two of them were Sushi restaurants and one was Western food at "Rolfs Kök".
I found "Rolfs Kök" in a guidebook "Nordic Travel Diary"
[Kayo Sugezawa (1973 ~) : ★ / 2008 / Kawade Shobo Shinsha]
It was well-received on the internet, and it was within walking distance from our accommodation: “Perfect city center location” : ★ in in Odenplan, Vasastan area.

このレストランに予約をし、ここでディナーを取りました。

| 予約席 予約席が窓際で嬉しかったですが、とても狭く、 その上、踏み台を使用して席に到着することにびっくりました。 Reserved Table Our reserved table was good near the window, but it was very narrow and I was surprised to arrive at the table using the step.  初めは、この新しい発想と窓際の景色を楽しむよりも、 自分たちがショーウィンドウの見せ物になっているような居心地の悪さに 心が落ち着きませんでした。 けれども.... At first, I was uncomfortable here rather than enjoying this new idea and the view at the window, because as if we were things, we would be on show in the window. However,.... |
ここには、新しい発想、意外なアイディアがあちらこちらに見受けられ、楽しくなりました。
New ideas and unexpected ideas can be found here and there, and it was fun.

| 壁に塩胡椒のセットがかけられています。 A set of salt and pepper is hung on the wall. |

| イスが収納とインテリアをかねて、壁にかけられています。 この発想に驚きます。 The chairs are hung on the wall as storage and decoration. I was surprised at this idea. |

| オープンキッチン 王道で料理を学んだ人は調理場と客席が別であることは定石と 捕らえられているのだと私は理解しています。 最近では、オープンキッチンは珍しくはないけれど、 ここのシェフが最も望んだのは、お客と対面できることだったようです。 Open Kitchen I understand that those who have studied cooking in the classic way are perceived as having a separate kitchen and guest tables. Open kitchens are not uncommon these days, but what the chefs here seemed to want most was to be able to meet their customers. |

| メニュー ロゴマークがエンボスでデザインされているメニュー Menu Menu with logo embossed design Dinner Menu : ★  ナプキンにもロゴ / Logo on Napkin  魚料理が得意なのかと推測しましたが、私は他のディナーが "Sushi"でしたし、 この日のランチはエステルマルム市場 (Östermalm Saluhall) のシーフード・レストラン、"リサ・エルムクヴィスト" / "Lisa Elmqvist" でとったので、 肉料理が食べたかったのです。 I wondered if here was good for fish dishes, but our another dinners would be "Sushi" and this day's lunch was a seafood restaurant, "Lisa Elmqvist" in Östermalm Saluhall, Market (Östermalm Saluhall), so I would like to have meat cooking. 
スパーリングワインを飲みつつ食事を考えます。
かなり飲んでしまってから、撮影...食事が始まると、 結構な回数、撮影し忘れますし あえて撮影をしない時もあります。 Consider meals while drinking sparkling wine. After drinking a lot, I took a photograph... When I start eating, I often forget to take photographs, and sometimes I dare not take photographs. |

| パンがこんな形で運ばれてきます。 日本では、実現できないだろうと思います。 Bread comes in this way. I think it would not be possible in Japan. |

私だけ赤ワイン を飲みます。
Only I had a glass of red wine.

日本なら、前菜を注文しますが、海外ではほとんどの場合、主菜のみにします。
理由は、その量！...食いしん坊の私でも多い！
(Rは私より少食です）
日本人なら理解できますよね？
In Japan, we sometimes order an appetizer, but in most cases overseas, we only order the main dish.
The reason is the amount! ....I am a glutton, but still the amount is too much!
(R eats less than me)

感動！
私の主菜は、うずら料理。
中は、フワフワのムースにトリュフが入ってます。 この旅行で一番美味しかったです。感動！ この夏、最も印象に残ったのがこの料理でした。
Impressed!
My main dish is quail.
Inside is a fluffy mousse with truffles.
It was the most delicious on this trip.
It was this dish that impressed me the most this summer.

Rの主菜は、ポーランド産ビーフ : アントルコートです。
美味しかったですか？？？
R's main dish is Polish beef : Entrecôte.
Was it good? ? ?

| Rの副菜は、ポテト！ ポテト大好きのRにぴったり！ と言うか、彼が注文したのかもしれません。 The side dish of R is potato! Perfect for potato lover R! Or maybe he ordered it. 
実は我が家の最大のグラタン皿もストウブです。
They use 'Staub', bakeware.
Actually, the biggest bakeware dish in my house is also Staub.
I have a sense of affinity.

C. 終わり良ければ..../ All's well that ends well!

| Rがデザートを食べている間に私は白ワインを飲みました。 こんな写真しか取れなかったのは、酔っているから？ I had a glass of white wine while R was eating dessert. Did I get such a picture because I was drunk? |

| Rのデザート 'ブルーベリーとハーブ' らしいけれど、季節もので、メニューにはありません。 美味しかったですか？？？ R's Dessert It seems to be 'blueberries and herbs', but it was seasonal and not on the menu. Was it good? ? ? |

| 私はダブル・エスプレッソで食事を終えました。 ごちそうさまでした。大変、おしゅうございました！ ありがとうございました！ I finished my meal with a double espresso. Thank you for the meal. Thank you very much! |
ここを選んで本当によかったです。
次があるなら、魚料理を食べてみたい！
また行きたいレストランです。
色々あった日でしたが、ディナーが素敵だったので、何もかもがそれでよかったと思えます。
終わり良ければ、全てよし!
