1) 白い花 / White Flowers
もともと、白い花が好きなので、他にもカラフルな花は咲いていましたが、白いハナニラが目に止まったのです。
「今日は白い花を探す！」
と、その後、工房までに、イベリス、白梅、ホワイトクリスマスローズを見つけました。
鎌倉山に戻り、苔丸さんの店先を見ると、たくさんの白い花が売られ、白い花を探した行為に落胆...。
灯台下暗し、青い鳥の言葉が頭に浮かびました。
苔丸さんのテーストが好きなので、こんなことも起きるのだと思います。

White Flowers
Even though there were other colorful flowers in bloom, originally, I like white flowers, I noticed white Springstar .
I decided
"OK! I'm looking for white flowers today!"
after that, I found Iberis, White Plum and White Christmas Rose by the studio.
When I returned to Kamakurayama and looked at the shop front of Kokemaru, many white flowers were sold, and I was disappointed at my act of searching for white flowers.
Words such as 'It's hard to see what is under your nose' (It's often difficult to see
what's right in front of your eyes), and "The Blue Bird" came to my mind.
I like Kokemaru's taste, so I think this kind of thing happens.

青、紫、ピンク... / Blue, Purple, Pink ...
2) ミートローフ / Meatloaf
私が料理を計画通りにできないので、購入した食材が貯まってきていました。
この日の早朝に、ミートローフをオーヴンで焼く前の状態までの下準備を終えました。
ミートローフは私にとっては、'祖母の味'で、実際の手間の割には、苦に感じず作れます。(両親は共働きだったので、祖母が私達の食事を作ってくれました。）
また、具沢山のポテトサラダを作り、自分用の味噌汁も作りました。
前日までに、野菜の皮むきは夫Rがしてくれていました。
いつも手伝ってくれて、ありがとう！
リトグラフ工房から帰宅後、ミートローフをオーヴンで焼くだけで、夕飯が用意できました。

ミートローフ
通常、トップはベーコンのみですが、
Rの希望に応えて、ポテトのスライスを加えました。
ベーコンとポテトの下にはブロッコリーの層もあります。
2種類のトップとブロッコリーの試みは、うまくいったように思います。
本体 (?)も美味しくできました。
Rはポテトスライスの焼き加減がとても気に入っていました。
私は色々なことでホッとしました。
Meatloaf Normally, the top is only bacon, but in response to my husband R's wishes, I added potato slices. Below the bacon and potatoes is also a layer of broccoli. I think the two toppings and broccoli attempts seem to have worked. The filling is also nice. R loved how the potato slices were baked. I was relieved by many things. |
Meatloaf
I couldn't cook as planned, so I was accumulating the ingredients I bought.
Early in the morning of the day, I finished the preparations for the meatloaf before it was baked in the oven.
For me, meatloaf is 'My Grandmother's Home Cooking', which can be cooked without feeling it is as much effort as the actual effort.
(Both my parents worked, so my grandmother cooked our meals.)
I also made a potato salad with many ingredients, and miso soup for myself.
The day before, R had done the peeling of the vegetables.
Thank you for always helping me!
After returning home from the lithograph studio, I just baked the meatloaf in the oven and our dinner was ready.
