今年の第一便です。
年に7回の配達があります。
夫Rの食べられない野菜が除かれているので、
このセット内容は、通常とは違っています。

Golden Green vegetables arrived.

This is the first delivery of the year.

There are 7 deliveries a year.

The contents of this set are unusual, because 

my husband R's inedible vegetables have been removed.

Summer Breeze

I thought the combination of white wine and hydrangea is lovely,

so I took a photograph.

初夏の味
早速、ビールとワインを飲みました。
おいしかった！

We drank beer and wine immediately.

おつまみは、昨夜作った残り物です。

GGの野菜でないのは残念！

3) ドラゴン神棚 / Dragon Home Shrine

友人、よしざわようこ (パコ)さん の作品をドラゴン神棚にたしました。

2019年、アメリカンクラブのフレデリック・ハリス・ギャラリー(★)
で開催されたよしざわようこ展で購入しました。

よしざわようこ展については下記。

彼女の作品：十二支の中から、龍(ドラゴン) を選んだのです。

もともとこの作品は、ドラゴンコーナーにありましたが、今年の1月に模様替えをして

別の場所に飾りました。

ドラゴンコーナが、ドラゴン神棚となり、今、その作品はここに戻ってきました。

Dragon Home Shrine

I put the work of my friend Yoko Yoshizawa (Paco) on the Dragon Home Shrine : Dragon Kamidana.

We bought it in Yoko Yoshizawa Exhibition, Frederick Harris Gallery (★), Tokyo American Club, 2019.

About the Exhibition, below.

❶2019年4月27日 東京 - よしざわ ようこ展 / Yoko Yoshizawa 

I chose the 'Dragon' from her work, 'Twelve Earthly Branches'.

Originally this work was in 'the dragon corner', but it was removed in January of this year.

I decorated it in another place.

The dragon corner has become 'Dragon Home Shrine', and now the work is back here.

彼女の作品を真ん中に配置しています。
私の作品は壁に移しました。
'花のドローイング' も紫陽花が入った新しいものです。

New Companion
Her work is placed in the middle.
I moved my work onto the wall.
'Flower Drawing' is also new with hydrangea.

早朝、表庭と裏庭の紫陽花を切りました。

そのほかの花と含めて、花のドローイングをしました。

ほとんどの花瓶は、空き瓶を使用しています。

空き瓶が好きで、捨て魔の私がたくさんの空き瓶が捨てられません。

でも、こんな風に役に立つと罪悪感がなくなります。

整列 / Lined Up

In Early morning, I cut hydrangeas in the front and back garden.

I did 'Flower Drawing' including other flowers.

Most vases are empty bottles.

I like empty bottles, and there are a lot of empty bottles that I can't throw away even though I often throw things away.

But when it's useful like this, I don't feel guilty.

新緑が美しい季節です。
The fresh green is a beautiful season.

自分が上から撮影しているのに、
花達が見上げているように感じます。

I feel like the flowers are looking up
even though I'm photographing from above.

Rが活けてくれました。
とても綺麗にレイアウトされています。

翌日 (6月6日)、私が花の世話をし、容器も変えました。

花の数が減り、小ぶりになっています。

The next day (6th of June), I took care of the flowers 

and changed the container.

The number of flowers is reduced and it is smaller.

撮影はリヴィングのテーブルの上でしましたが、その後は

ドラゴン神棚に戻しました。

The photographs were on the living-room table, 

but I returned this to Dragon Home Shrine.

小ぶりですが元気に咲いています。
It's small, but it bloom with vigor.

B. 伊豆大島 / Izu Oshima Island 

伊豆大島に雲がかかっています。
毎日違う景色がここにはあります。

There are clouds over Izu Oshima.
There is a different view here every day.

嬉しいことに、今年は、チェリーセージがもりもりと育っています。

花が終わったら切ると良いと聞きました。

花が多少ついているうちに、切り、花のドローイングをしました。

Cherry Sage 

To my joy, Cherry Sage (Salvia Greggii) is growing steadily this year.

I heard that we should cut it when the flowers are finished.

While some flowers were still on, I cut them and did 'Flower Drawing'.

B. 水槽 / Aquarium

今年、私のフラワーアレンジメンントを花のドローイングと名付けました。

また、透明な丸い器には、水槽や池、湖のイメージを浮かべつつドローイングをしています。

睡蓮のイメージ
チェリーセージの葉をあえてぎっしり詰めて、
その間に白いロベリアを立たせています。

I deliberately stuffed the leaves of cherry sage tightly,
and stood Lobelia Erinus between them.

Aquarium

This year, I named my flower arranging 'Flower Drawing'.

In addition, I 'draw' using the transparent round bowl while I imagine an aquarium, pond, or lake.

C. ワインと / With Wine

2002年、Coonie's Dragon 展のために、オリジナル・ワインボトルを制作しました。

以前から交流のあったマスターソムリエの高野さんにワインを選んでいただきました。

辛かった英国留学中には、励ましのカードを何枚もいただきました。

高野さんには、感謝の気持ちでいっぱいです。

昨年より不定期に、高野さんチョイスのワインセットとシャンパンを注文しています。

この日、ワインが到着したので、花のドローイングと一緒に撮影しました。

With Wine

I made an original wine bottle for the Coonie's Dragon Exhibition in 2002.

I asked Mr. Takano, a master sommelier whom I had known for a long time, to choose wine.

During my hard time studying in Britain, I received a few cards of encouragement from him.

I am very grateful to Mr. Takano.

Since last year, I have been ordering 'Takano's Select of Wine Set', and champagne occasionally.

The wine arrived this day, so I took a photograph of the wine with 'Flower Drawing'.

鶯を撮影するのはとても難しいです。

5月30日に、電線で歌っている鶯に気がつきました (下記)。

6月1日にも、電線でさえずっている姿を撮影できました。

姿を見せずに歌っていると思っていたので、電線での姿は珍しく感じます。

実は、同じような場所でシジュウカラ (四十雀) も時々、さえずっています。

テリトリーを誇示するには、良い場所なのかもしれません。

Japanese Bush Warbler 

It is very difficult to photograph a Japanese Bush Warbler : Uguisu in Japanese.

On May 30th, I noticed a warbler singing on a cable, below.

On 1st of June, I also was able to take a photograph of a singing figure on the cable.

I thought that they only sing while hidden, so I feel that the appearance on the cable is unusual.

Actually a Japanese tit sometimes sings in a similar place.

It may be a good place to show off their territory.

2) 早朝の歌 / Early Morning Songs

私は、基本早起きです。

この日は、いつもよりも、より早く起きて外の様子を見ました。

ラッキーなことに、鳥のさえずりはよく聞くことができる環境にありますが、その時は数種類の鳥が鳴いていて、びっくり！

鳥の声を聞き分けることができないのが残念でしたが、その時間を楽しむことができました。

動画の撮影をしました。

動画はよくないけれど、鳥のさえずりはおすすめです。

鶯の声も含まれています。

スイスイという声は、おそらく、シジュウカラだと思います。

Early Morning Songs

Basically, I get up early.

On this day, I got up earlier than usual and saw what was going on outside.

Luckily, I'm in an environment where I can often hear bird singings, but this time I was surprised to hear several kinds of bird singing!

It was a pity that I cannot tell which song was which bird, but I enjoyed the time.

I did video filming.

The videos are not good, but the birdsongs are recommended.

Japanese Bush Warbler is included.

I think the 'Susui' sound is probably by a Japanese  tit.
