1) 江ノ電七里ヶ浜駅
Enoden Shichirigahama Station
私と夫Rは、霊光寺 (鎌倉市七里ヶ浜1-14-5) の '雨乞いの池' : 田辺池 (タナベガイケ) から、行合川 (ユキアイガワ) に沿って七里ヶ浜へ向かいました。 '雨乞いの池' については下記。
道を歩きながら、2008年に英国から鎌倉へ家探しに来た際に、この周辺（西武七里ガ浜住宅地) の物件を見に来たことを思い出しました。
私はおぼろげな記憶しかありませんでしたが、Rは明確にどの家かを覚えていて驚きました。
(いつも色々なことを忘れてしまう人にもかかわらず...)
また、霊光寺と七里ヶ浜が思ったよりもずっと近いことを知りました。

Enoden Shichirigahama Station  帆の形 何度もこの駅は見ていますが、初めて 帆の形 (ウインドサーフィンのマスト) の 看板 (オブジェ？) に気がつきました。 駅名は "七里ヶ浜" ですが、住居表示は "七里ガ浜" です。

Enoden Shichirigahama Station
I and my husband R headed for Shichirigahama Beach along the Yukiaigawa River from 'Rainmaking Pond' : Tanabegaike Pond in Reikoji - Temple (1-14-5 Shichirigahama, Kamakura).
About 'Rainmaking Pond', below.
As I walked along the road, I remembered that when we came to Kamakura from Britain in 2008 to look for our house, we came to see the properties in this area (Seibu Shichirigahama residential area).
I had only vague memories, but I was surprised that R clearly remembered which house.
(Despite he always forgets a lot ...)
I also notice that Reikoji - Temple and Shichirigahama Beach are much closer than I expected.

江ノ電路線図
1903年開業当時、七里ヶ浜駅は、田辺駅でした。
'雨乞いの池' の正式名が 田辺池、この地域の名前だったのですね。

カフェ休憩することにし、江ノ電駅周辺のカフェを探しました。
以前、何度か利用したカフェが他の店になっており、尚且つ今日はそこは閉じていました。
駅前周辺にあるいくつかのお店は小さく、換気面が心配で、諦めました。
換気面では、コロナのことも心配ではありましたが、それよりもRがニンニクや玉ねぎ等が食べられず、臭いもダメなので、小さなお店は、'危険' なのです。
海辺のアマルフィ・カフェを思い出し、そこへ行くことにしました。

Tanabe Station.
The official name of "Rain-making Pond" isTanabegaike Pond ,
the name : Tanabe was this area.

We decided to take a break and searched for a cafe around Enoden station.
The cafe we used several times before has become another shop, and today it was closed.
Some shops around the station are small and we were worried about ventilation, so we gave up.
In terms of ventilation, we were worried about corona, but more than that, R is not able to eat garlic and onions, so on and their smells are not good as well, so small shops are 'dangerous'.
I remembered the seaside Amalfi Cafe and decided to go there.

車両は、'20形'、2002年製造です。
レトロとモダンが組み合わされたデザインです。

脇道の花
海への脇道に鮮やかに咲く花。
マツバボタン (松葉牡丹)...と思って撮影しましたが
マツバギク（松葉菊)のようです。
ここの脇道を進むと"アマルフィ・カフェ" 脇に出ました。
導入が上手だな〜と思いました。

2) "アマルフィ・カフェ" / "amalfi CAFFÈ"
2008年に英国から鎌倉へ家探しに来た当時から"アマルフィ・カフェ" は、知っていました。
当時は、"アマルフィ・ドルチェ"という名前で、甘いものしかなかったと記憶しています。
そのためか、もしくは、常時混んでいたためか、私達は、この日、
初めてこのカフェを利用しました。
アマルフィは、チェーンの飲食店で、私達はレストランは利用したことがあります。

アマルフィ・カフェ / amalfi CAFFE : ★ 3階がカフェです。 軽食も取れるようになっていましたし、 アルコールまでサービスされるようになっていました。 その方が私達には利用しやすくて嬉しいです。

I've known "amalfi Cafe" since we came to Kamakura from Britain in 2008 to find our house.
At that time, the name was "amalfi DOLCE" and I remember that there were only sweets.
Perhaps because of that, or because it was always crowded, we used this cafe for the first time on this day.
"amalfi" are chain shops and we have used a restaurant.  |
カフェに入る前に、国道134号へでて、チラッと海を見ました。
江ノ島が見えます。
家から見た海は霞んでいて色が薄かったのですが
今、ここで観る海の色が濃く、美しい！
カフェの後に必ず、海へ行こうと決めました！

店内 / Inside

海辺の店らしくライトな感じで明るい。
スタッフの方も親切でサービスも丁寧です。
It is bright with a light feeling like a seaside shop.
The staff are kind and their service is polite.
私達が入店した際は、他に1組みお客さんがいました。
その後、ほぼ満席状態になり、その頃、私達は店を出ました。
'緊急事態宣言解除' になり、お天気で、人々は外の空気を
楽しんでいるのです。
When we entered the cafe, there was another pair of customers.
After that, it was almost full, and at that time we left there.
With the 'Cancellation of the State of Emergency'
and the good weather, people are enjoying the outside air. |

トンビの数が異常に多い！
デッキ席にいたお客さん達も店内に移り、
デッキ席には誰もいなくなりました。

ランチ
Rはパニーニのセットとモヒート。
Rは初めてモヒートを飲み、とても気に入ったようでした。
涼しげな様子...キューバのハバナ生まれです...なるほど。
珍しいことにRはコーンスープを飲むことができました。
通常、コーンスープから玉ねぎの臭いがして飲めないのです。
パニーニも問題なく、彼は食べることができました。
カフェ好きなRはとても幸せそうでした。
よかった！
Lunch
R has a panini set and a glass of Mojito.
R drank Mojito for the first time and seemed to like it very much.
It looks cool ... it was born in Havana, Cuba ... Indee~d.
Unusually R was able to drink corn soup. Usually, corn soup smells like onions and he can't drink it. Panini was fine and he was able to eat. R, who likes cafes, looked very happy.
It was good!

私はビールの小瓶を注文しました。
これだけで、結構良い気分になりました。
Rにもう1本勧められましたが
これで十分幸せになりました。
I ordered a small bottle of beer. This alone made me feel pretty good. Another one was recommended by R, but this made me happy enough. |

Rのデザート
Rはケーキも美味しく食べたようです。
彼は一瞬カップが 'ビレロイ&ボッホ' の'ニューウェイブカフェ'
だと思い、喜びましたが、実はそのコピー品でした。
本物は、10年以上前に私が彼の誕生日にプレゼントしました。
現在、そのカップは英国にあります。
彼はケーキも美味しく食べたようです。
R's Dessert R seemed to enjoy eating the cake. he was delighted, although it was actually a copy. The real thing was given to him on his birthday by me over 10 years ago. Currently the mug is in Britain. |

アマルフィ デラ セーラ
階段を登った上にあるレストランです。
アマルフィを知ったのはこのレストランが最初でした。
ですがまだこのレストランには行ったことがありません。
階段を登らずにすむリストランテアマルフィには
数回行きました。
ですが、最近は全く足を運んでいません。
Amalfi DELA SARAH This restaurant was the first Amalfi I knew of. But I (we) haven't been there yet. without having to climb the steps. However, we haven't visited at all recently.
