1) 散策 / Walk
私は、昨年11月に北鎌倉の 'ギャラリー花眠' で行われた"原画カレンダー展"に参加しました。
"原画カレンダー展"については下記。
今回は、ギャラリーのオーナーさんである、嘉幡 景子 (カバタ ケイコ)さんの個展でした。
このギャラリーでの、景子さんの初めての個展だそうです。
北鎌倉駅からちょっと遠回りの道を選び、散策しつつギャラリーへ、Rと向かいました。

Walk
When "Gallery Kamin" in Kita-kamakura held "Original Pictures Calendar Exhibition" in November, 2017, I participated.
About the Exhibition, below.
This time the owner, Keiko Kabata had her solo Exhibition.
I heard that it was her first exhibition in this Gallery.
I chose a little detour from Kita-kamakura Station and headed to the Gallery while taking a walk with R.

趣のある路地
奥には稲荷神社があります。

狐の像や置物がよく設置されていますが、ここはどうでしょう？
子供の頃からなんとなく、稲荷は失礼なことをしたら祟られるという、
怖い印象があります。

Inari
Shrine is a grain spirit and farming God :
Kami symbolizing Oryza
sativa : Asian rice,
and
it is equated with the Kami (God), Ukanomitama
who
is responsible for the Five
Grains.
There
are often statues of foxes or figurines, but how about here?
After
I became an adult, I knew that foxes are messengers of the God,
not
the God itself.
Somehow
since I was a child, I have had the scary impression
that
Inari or their foxes curse people when we do rude things.

| 木の橋なんて珍しい....素敵！ A wooden bridge is unusual .... Lovely! |

| 住宅街ですが、ジャングルを思わせる場所が多数あります。 It is a residential area, however, there are many places reminiscent of the jungle.  |

| 背の低い木戸が好きです。 I like low wooden-gates. |
 |
| 鶯 (ウグイス) の声がしたので見上げると大きな木。 でも姿は見えませんでした。 I heard the song of an Uguisu : Japanese Bush Warbler, I looked up, it was a big tree. However, I couldn't see the bird. |

| 電線が雰囲気を壊しますが、北鎌倉らしい景色です。 Although the electric wire breaks the atmosphere, the scene is indeed Kita-kamakura. |
2) 個展 / Exhibition
 雨の日です。 / The day was rainy. |
  水彩の可能性を追求した個展です。 The exhibition pursues the possibilities of watercolours.  'ギャラリー花眠' は庭にも力を入れています。 "Gallery Kamin" put efforts into garden. |

| DMに使用された作品。 私はこの作品が一番好きでした。 作品から音楽が聞こえてきそうに感じます。 This was used for the DM. I like this work most. I feel I hear music from this work. |
DMを見たときからぜひ行きたいと思いました。
Rは私と行く前に一度、すでに行き、「良かった」と言っていました。

| 水彩を用いて油絵の雰囲気を出しています。 She used watercolours to produce oil painting atmosphere. |

| 色のバランスが素敵です。 The colour balance is wonderful. |
油絵の力強さに比べると、頼りなさがあり、それは、水彩のせいなのでしょうか、作者の持ち味なのでしょうか?
I felt every work has kindness.
Compared to the power of oil painting, there is fragility, is it because of being watercolour? or is it the painter's own taste?

窓によって外の景色を生かし、スペースに奥行きを与えています。
The window makes good use of the scenery outside, giving depth to the space.

| すべての作品がふわふわと漂っているようでした。 私はその感じが嫌いではありませんでした。 It seemed that all the works were drifting fluently. I did not dislike that feeling. |

| 作品にもこの花にも景子さんの優しさがあふれていました。 The kindness of Keiko was overflowing in both her works and this flower. |
3) 庭 / Garden
ギャラリーの庭は、プライベートな場所にあります。
以前、案内していただいて、素敵な庭であることは知っていました。
今回も、見せていただくよう、お願いをしようと思っていましたが、私が尋ねる前に、
「お庭を見ますか？」
と景子さんは誘ってくださり、入り口まで案内してくださりました。感謝！

| 庭に行く小さな小さな道は木の杭で作られてます。 オーナー夫妻の手によって作られました。 A tiny path to go to the garden was made of wooden piles.
It
was made by the owner 's hands.

The gallery garden is in a private place.
I knew that it was a lovely garden because she guided us before.
I was thinking of asking her to show me, but before I asked,
"Would you like to see the garden?"
Keiko invited us and took us to the entrance. Thanks!
雨の中の撮影だったので、カメラのレンズに雨水がついたり、焦点がとりにくかったりしましたが、植物の色は生き生きとしていました。
Because I photographed in the rain, rainwater stuck to the lens of the camera, it was difficult to focus, but the colours of the plants were lively.
拝見させていただき、ありがとうございました。
It is a lovely garden.
