Walk in Kamakura Hiromachi Ryokuchi

鎌倉広町緑地 鎌倉広町緑地は、鎌倉市の南西部にある、広さ約48ha (東京ドーム約10個分、480,000㎡) の '都市林' です。 3月15日、私と夫Rは、鎌倉広町緑地・散策をしました。 地図 (★) 上の番号は、地図設置の場所を示しています。 Kamakura Hiromachi Ryokuchi Kamakura Hiromachi Ryokuchi is an 'Urban Forest' : 'Toshirin' with an area of about 48ha in the southwestern part of Kamakura. Goshodani Valley Entrance is the main entrance of Ryokuchi. On 15th of March, I and my husband R took a walk in Kamakura Hiromachi Ryokuchi. The numbers on the maps indicate the location of each map (★). |
1) 鎌倉山入り口 ~ 大桜、下記。
Kamakurayama Entrance ~ 'Ozakura', below.
2) 大桜 ~ ⑫ 雨乞いの池上、下記。
'Ozakura' ~ ⑫ Above Rainmaking Pond, below.
3) ⑫ 雨乞いの池上 ~ ⑬ 相模湾眺望、下記。
⑫ Above Rainmaking Pond ~ ⑬ Sagami Bay View Point, below.
4) ⑬ 相模湾眺望 ~ 富士見坂 ; ⑯ 室ヶ谷入り口、下記。

~ Mt.Fuji Viewing Hill ; ⑯ Murogaya Valley Entrance, below.
5) ⑯ 室ヶ谷入り口 から、① 御所谷入り口、下記。

2) うさぎ山まで / To Mt. Rabbit
御所谷入り口から、うさぎ山までは、御所谷と竹ヶ谷の間の尾根を登るルートになります。
休憩も兼ねて、何度となく立ち止まり、桜や木々、そのほかの撮影をしました。
うさぎ山への登り入り口は、① 御所谷入り口にある管理事務所裏です。

From Goshodani Valley Entrance to Mt. Rabbit, it is a route to climb the ridge between Goshodani Valley and Takegaya Valley .

As a break, I stopped many times and took photographs of cherry blossoms, trees, and other things.
The entrance to Mt. Rabbit is behind the management office at ① Goshodani Valley Entrance.

私には正確にはよく区別ができませんが、大きめな、白い花ならオオシマザクラと思います。
ですが、多くの桜が高い枝に花をつけるので、大きさの判断も難しいです。
I heard that most cherry trees in Ryokuchi are Prunus Speciosa : Oshima- zakura : Oshima Cherry, although sometimes there are cherry blossoms that look like Yamazakura : Cerasus Jamasakura : H.Ohba.
I can't tell the difference exactly, but I think the large, white flowers are Prunus Speciosa.
However, it is difficult to judge the size because many cherry blossoms have flowers on the highest branches.

| 新鎌倉山住宅街？ ちなみに私は、'新鎌倉山住宅街'と言う名前を初めて、 緑地の地図で知りました。 Is it Shin-kamakurayama Residential Area? By the way, I found out the name, 'Shin-kamakurayama Residential Area' : 'New Kamakurayama Residential Area' on the map of Ryokuchi. |

| '山の精霊' 、'木の精霊'? 可愛い女の子が駆けてきました。 突然、女の子が現れると、 '山の精霊' か、'木の精霊'のように感じてしまいます。 女の子は、私達に合っても止まらずに、元気に 「こんにちは〜！」 と言って通りすぎてゆきました。 彼女はお母さんと弟と一緒でした。 'Mountain Spirit',' Tree Spirit'? A pretty girl is running up to us. Suddenly, when a girl appears, I feel she is like a 'Mountain Spirit' or a 'Tree Spirit'. The girl without stopping even to us, she said cheerfully, "Hello ~!" and passed by. She was with her mother and brother. |

| ⑲ :うさぎ山に到着 うさぎ山...と言っても山頂と言う訳ではない印象です。 この地図がなければ、'うさぎ山' の実感ができません。 ⑲ : Arrive at Mt. Rabbit I said Mt. Rabbit ... although I have the impression that it is not the summit. Without this map, I wouldn't be able to feel 'Mt. Rabbit '. |
