ゴールデングリーンは、有機無農薬野菜を作っています。
彼らのサイト(★)には、
「Golden Green＝黄金の緑」という言葉は、私たちにとって、秋に稲穂が一面に実る黄金色の景色や、心地よい風に吹かれてキラキラ輝く緑色の野菜たちを連想させます。
そんな風景が大好きで、働く中で一番好きな風景を農場名にしました。
とあり、また、
「おいしくて、栄養価が高くて、安全なお野菜を食卓に」
というのが彼らのキャッチコピーです。
彼らの作る野菜の一つ一つに、彼らの思いが込められているのを感じます。
今年は、ゴールデングリーンが開始されて、10年目に当たります。
2018年10月27日に、新橋のブラッセリービアブルヴァード “BBB”(★)で、10周年記念パーティーがありました。
ゴールデングリーンが営業を始めた時には、私はまだ英国留学中でしたが、帰国後はずっと彼らの野菜を届けてもらっています。
記念パーティーの案内がメールで送られてきて、英国にいるRに相談し、翌日、参加希望のメールを送りましたら、既に定員に達していました。
ゴールデングリーンがお客さんとしっかりと結びついている証拠だと実感しました。
残念な気持ちを抱きましたが、私としては、喜ぶべきだと思いました。
その後、キャンセルが出て、私達も参加する事ができました。
ラッキーでした!

Actually, I had met Y kun earlier than Kamo chan.
The couple of Yu kun & Aya chan have liked my work,
they always come to my exhibitions.

Kamo chan is one of my friends and she and her husband sell their vegetables through their Internet shop 'Golden Green'.
They grow "Organic pesticide free vegetables".
According
to their website : (★ : only in Japanese, so I translate it)
“For them, the words「Golden Green 」 are reminiscent of the golden views in autumn, ears of rice plants and the sparkling green vegetable leaves waving in a pleasant breeze.

I
feel that all their vegetables are filled with their hearts.
This
year marks the tenth year since they launched Golden Green.
They held a 10th anniversary party in brasseriebeerblvd:“BBB”
in Shinbashi, Tokyo on 27th of October, 2018.
When
Golden Green started, I was still studying in Britain, but after
returning to Japan I received their vegetables deliveries.
Information
for the Anniversary party was sent by e-mail, I asked my husband R, in Britain, but when I replied the next day that we would
participate, the capacity had already been reached.
I
realized that this is proof that Golden Green is firmly connected
with their customers.
We
felt sorry but I thought that I should be happy for them.
After
that, there was a cancellation and we were able to participate.
We
were lucky!
