 切手 / Stamp

アカヒゲ

木版画家のKちゃんからいただいたハガキに使用されていた切手です。
沖縄旅行をした際に見たあるポスターに描かれていた鳥だと思い当たりました。

Ryukyu Robin

It is a stamp used for postcards given by K chan, a woodcut artist.

I thought it was a bird drawn on a poster I saw when I travelled in Okinawa.

切手
切手、左下に、'Erithacus' : とありますが、現在では、"Luscinia"です。

下記、Wiki より

"以前は旧コマドリ属Erithacus（現ヨーロッパコマドリ属）に分類されていた。改訂日本産鳥類目録 第7版などではノゴマ属Lusciniaに分類されている"

レッドデーターブックでは、絶滅危惧種 ; NT ; 準絶滅危惧 / 近危急種 (キンキキュウシュ)  : Near-threatened species です。

鳥 (アカヒゲ) に目が行ってしまいましたが、この写真を見たら、郵便局の風景の切手もなかなか素敵です。

あとでもう一度写真を撮り直したいです。

Stamp

There is 'Erithacus': at the bottom left of the stamp, but now it is "Luscinia".

According to Wiki about Ryukyu Robin,
"The Ryukyu robin, together with the Japanese robin and the European robin, was previously placed in the genus Erithacus.
A 2006 molecular phylogenetic study found that the two east Asian species were more similar to the Siberian blue robin, at the time in Luscinia, than to the European robin"

The Red Data List this as an endangered species ; NT : Near-threatened species.

My eyes are attracted towards the bird (Ryukyu Robin / ★).

I looked at this photo and the stamp below is a scene in a Post Office,

it is quite good.

I would like to take a photo again later.

春の庭 / Garden in Spring

ムスカリ
すでに諦めていたムスカリが突然花が咲いて驚きます。
放置していたのに、咲いてくれて、ありがとう！

Muscari
Muscari that I had given up on, suddenly blooms into flower and it is surprising.
Thank you for blooming even though I had left you alone.

ブルーベリー
元の木は枯れてしまいましたが、その子供の木が蕾をつけています。
人の世を思わせます。

Blueberry
The original tree had died, but the child tree has been in bud.
I think of the world of people.

クリスマスローズ
ブルベリーの根元に元気よく咲いたクリスマスローズ。
そんな所に居たとは、知りませんでしたよ。
嬉しい！

Christmas Rose

This Christmas Rose flourishes at the root of the blueberry.

I did not know that it was in such a place.

I am glad!

イベリス

コープさんで、3つ小さなイベリスの苗鉢を買いました。

どの環境が適しているのかわからないので、鉢植え、

二箇所の違う場所に地植えしました。

咲き方はそれぞれでしたが、みんな白い花をつけてくれました。

Iberis

I bought three small Iberis mortars from Coop.

As I do not know which environment is suitable for them, 

I planted one in a pot and two in the ground in two different places.

They grew differently but every one put on white flowers.

紫蘭 
我が家の紫蘭 (シラン)は、母の庭からやってきました。
最初は3株ほどでしたが、今はたくさん花を咲かせてくれます。
あまり世話をしないのに、ありがたいことです。

Hyacinth Orchid (Bletilla Striata)

Our 'Hyacinth Orchid' came from my mother's garden.

At first it was about 3 plants, but now it blooms a lot.

Thank you for blossoming yourself without my taking much care.

フリージア / Freesia

この 'フリージア' は、私達が引越し前からここにあったようです。

最初は、小さく、儚げに咲いていましたが、年々、大きくなり、花もたくさんつけるようになりました。

猫に用を足されていたのを見かけたので、枯れるか弱るかするのではないかと心配した時期もありましたが、ここまで大きくなると、その猫はここで用を足さなくなったようです。

These 'Freesia' seem to have been here before we moved.

At first, they were small and fragile, but each year they grew larger and came to have many flowers.

I saw a cat had a wash on them, so I was worried that they would die or be weaker, but when they grew so far, it seems that the cat is not using it here.

Ornamental Kale stretch out to the sky....

ピンク(赤?) のマーガレット

昨年の5月か6月に鎌倉の花屋さんで買い、

鉢に植えました。

同じ鉢のままですが、咲き方に違いはあるののの、

そして色も変わりつつも

ズ〜っと咲き続けているように感じます。
夏前に植え替えが必要なのかもしれません。

Pink (or Red) Margaret 

We bought it at the flower shop in Kamakura in last May or June

and planted it in a pot.

It remains in the same pot, though there is a huge difference in how it blooms

as well as the colour changes. 

I feel it always blooms.
It may be necessary to replant before summer.

                                                            ビオラ?  / Viola?

スミレ ・ビオラ・パンジーの違いが私にはよくわかりません。
基本的には同じようなのですけれど....
一応、我が家では、これは "ビオラ" と呼んでいます。

I don't understand the difference between Violet, Viola and Pansy.

Basically they are similar or same....

Anyway in our home, this is called "Viola".

私が選ぶと白かパープル系になります。
Rはヴィヴィットカラーが好きで赤や濃いピンクを選びます。

It will be white or purple if I choose.
R likes vivid colours and chooses red or dark pink.

鉢右下の砂苔 (スナゴケ) は数年前に購入し、鉢や地植えをしました。
所々で生き残っていますが一面を制するようにはなりません。
苔というと、湿った場所が適しているように思っていましたが、
この苔は通常の花の条件で良いようでした。
'思い込み'って、どんなことにもあり、それを変えるには
経験が一番なのかもしれません。

A few years ago, I bought Sunagoke ; a moss at the bottom right of this pot,

and I planted others in pots and the ground.

They survive in places, but they do not get to dominate.

I thought that a damp place would be suitable for moss,

though this moss seem to be good under normal flowers conditions.

There are 'preconceptions' about everything, 
experience may be the best way to change them.

もみじ葉ゼラニューム / Maple Leaf Zeranumu

花よりも葉を楽しむゼラニウムです。
ですが、オレンジ色の花も咲きます。

It is a geranium to be enjoyed for the leaves rather than the flowers.
However, orange flowers also bloom.
