"Art & Dining Space Tabunoki"
"Art & Dining Space たぶのき"には、以前一度訪ねたことがありました (下記)。
同じリトグラフ工房に通っている'田中ゆき'さんの絵本の原画展でした。
今回も、同じリトグラフ工房に通っている、横須賀 康子さんの展覧会：
石塚 絢子さんのお母様と横須賀さんがお友達という縁での二人展と聞きました。
そのことをすっかり忘れてしまい、その便を逃しました。
私の足の指の骨折もあり、結局、夫R, 姉Yと私はタクシーで、"たぶのき"に行きました。

Yuki Tanaka's exhibition, she goes to the same lithograph studio as me.

This
time, Yasuko Yokosuka, who also attends the same lithograph
studio, held an Exhibition, "Prints of Stone and Wood" by her and Ayako Ishizuka.
I heard that Ishizuka's mother and Yokosuka are friends and that relationship led to this two-person Exhibition.
Previously I used a bus which goes to 'Enoshima' to get to "Art & Dining Space Tabunoki", however, this day was a National Holiday in Japan and the bus for Enoshima : "Kamakura Station 12:30 departure" was the last.
I
completely forgot about this and missed the bus.
There
was also the fracture in my toe, and after all, my husband R, my sister Y and me went to "Tabunoki" by taxi.

"たぶのき"さんの雰囲気は、安らぎを与えてくれます。
The atmosphere of the "Tabunoki" gives us comfort.
横須賀さんは、もともと油絵がメインのアーティストさんです。
リトグラフは彼女にとっては、油絵の補助のような役割ではないかと私は感じています。
彼女の題材は、油絵、リトグラフ共に、ギリシア神話です。
Yokosuka is an artist
whose works mainly are oil paintings.
I feel that making lithographs is like an aid to oil painting for her.

私は初めて、石塚さんの作品を見ました。
英語のタイトルは、私が勝手に訳しました。
残念ながら、横須賀さんにお会いできませんでしたが、石塚さんには、お会いできました。
彼女が数人の友人とお話ししていたので、会話らしい会話は持つことができませんでした。
私が同じ大学、同じ科の出身だと伝えると、彼女は、顔をほころばせました。
This was the first time, I had seem Ishizuka-san's work.
I translated her Japanese titles into English titles.
Unfortunately,
I could not see Yokosuka san, though I could meet Ishizuka san.
As
she was talking to several friends, I couldn't have a proper
conversation.
I
told her that I was from the same university, from the same
department and she smiled.

釈迦堂切り通し
DMに使用されています。
Shakado Kiridoshi
This was used in the Exhibition postcard.
私のリトグラフ工房は、"釈迦堂切り通し" のすぐ近くにあります。
この猫ちゃんは、ひょっとしたらリトグラフの先生の猫？(笑)
Shakado Kiridoushi is a pathway cut through a hill in Omachi, Kamakura
and is one of the popular sightseeing sites.
My lithograph studio is very close to here.

鎌倉には七つの切り通し: 鎌倉七口がありますが、この切り通しは別のものです。
七口は外部と鎌倉の間に作られましたが、この切り通しは鎌倉内に作られています。
七口と比べても、ここが最もドラマチックな場所ではないかと思います。

There are seven cuts in Kamakura which are the so-called Seven Entrances (Nana-guchi), or Seven Passes (Nana-kiridoshi 七切り通し), they are popular.
This cut is not one of the Seven.
In olden period, 'Seven Passes' were made between Kamakura and the outside, though this cutting was inside Kamakura.
I think that here is the most dramatic place, compared to the 'Seven Passes'.

木版画の特色がよく出ているな〜と感じます。
Nelumbo Nucifera (Lotus) in Genji Pond
I feel that the characteristics of woodcuts are appearing well.

蔵書票 / Bookplate
より国際的にはエクスリブリス（Exlibris、「だれそれの蔵書から」という意味のラテン語）と呼ばれる。
英語ではbookplate。
図と一緒にExlibrisという言葉と蔵書の持ち主（票主）の名前が画面に入れられることが多い。
古くは紋章や肖像画に個人のモットーを書き入れた図案が好まれたが、票主の職業や故郷を示す絵柄、本や書斎に関する絵柄など多様な図案が用いられている。
版種も、銅版画、木版画、リノカット、石版画、孔版など様々である。
著名な芸術家の手によるものもあり、美術品として収集の対象にもなっている。"
According to Wiki about bookplate,
"A bookplate (or book-plate, as it was commonly styled until the early 20th century), also known as ex-librīs (Latin for "from the books (or library)"), is usually a small printed or decorative label pasted into a book, often on the front endpaper, to indicate ownership. Simple typographical bookplates are termed "book labels".
Bookplates typically bear a name, motto, device (coat-of-arms), crest, badge, or another motif that relates to the owner of the book, or is requested by the owner from an artist or designer.
The name of the owner usually follows an inscription such as "from the books of..." or "from the library of...", or in Latin, "ex libris". Bookplates are important evidence for the provenance of books."
