いつもお世話になっているNファミリーに、今回は私の姉も一緒に招待していただきました。

N family always helps us. Today, they invited us with my sister Y.

ミートローフ / ミーミートローフ / Meatloaf

ベーコンのかわりにマッシュポテトを使用.

シェパードパイのような英国のパイ料理 (マッシュポテトをパイ生地のかわりに使用する) を思い出します。

Meatloaf

Using mash potato instead of bacon. It remains me of British cooking of pies like shepherd's pie.

Rがタマネギ、ニンニク、マスタードなどが食べられないので、N さんはいろいろ配慮されたうえで、美味しいお料理をたくさん作ってくれました。本当にありがとうございました。

R cannot eat onion, garlic, mustard and others, so

Ms. N considered many things and cooked many delicious dishes. Thank you very much.

日頃大人しいYさんも饒舌に！

Usually my sister, Y is quiet, although she became chatty here. She was relaxed, wasn't she?
