友人の陶芸家、Aricoさんが、今年の初夏に茨城県石岡市から神奈川県の山北町に、彼女の窯と共に引越しをしました。

コロナウィルス (COVID-19) の件がなければ、彼女はアメリカ人のBFのMと共に引越しをするはずでした。(現在彼はアメリカにいます)
コロナウィルスの件がなければ、私と夫Rは、Mが居る、彼女の新しい自宅件仕事場とを訪ねているはずでした。
私達も、多くの人々も、会いたい人達と会えずにいます。
そんな中で、Aricoさんが知人の展覧会を見に北鎌倉まで来て、我が家にも寄りたいと連絡をくれました。
お互いがほぼ直接は人に合わない生活ですし、せっかくの機会なので、我が家に泊まっていただくことにしました。
突然決まった、久しぶりの宿泊のお客様です。
私は自分がホストの場合は、あまり撮影はしません。
今回はAricoさんが撮影した写真をここに載せます。
彼女のPCで新しい家や仕事場を見せてもらいました。
びっくりの広さ！
仕事場と窯もとても立派に素敵に整っています。
仕事場は大きな蔵を木の質感を生かしながら改築しています。
庭も広い！
早くコロナ禍が治まり、彼女のもとへMが来れるようにと願わずにはいられません。
Arico
A potter friend, Arico, moved from Ishioka City, Ibaraki Prefecture to Kitayama, Ashigarakami District, Kanagawa Prefecture with her kiln in early summer of this year.

Without the coronavirus (COVID-19) case, she would have moved with American BF, M. (Currently he is in America.)
Without the COVID-19 case, I and my husband R would have been visiting her new home and studio, where M would have been.
We and many people are unable to meet the people they want to meet.
Meanwhile, Arico came to Kita-Kamakura to see her acquaintance's exhibition and contacted me to stop by at our house.
It's a life that doesn't suit each other almost directly, and it's a such a rare opportunity, so I decided to invite her to stay in our house.
Suddenly the guest happened in our house, it's been a long time.
I don't photograph much if I'm the host.
This time, I use photographs by Arico here.
She showed us her new house and studio on her PC.
Surprising size!
The studio and her kiln are very nicely arranged.
The studio is remodeling a large warehouse, while making the best use of the texture of wood.
The garden is also large!
I can't help but hope that the corona pandemic will subside soon and M will come to her.
B. 偶然 / Coincidence

| 10月1日 Mとは会えませんでしたがスカイプを使用して、 みんな一緒に話をしました。 ちなみにMのアメリカの家も非常に広く、驚きました。 1st of October We couldn't meet M, but using Skype, we all talked together. By the way, M's American house was also very large and we were surprised.  ミートローフ 私にとって、'ミートローフ' は、祖母の料理です。 このミートローフは少し和風に作っていて、 ゴボウとレンコンが入っています。 Meatloaf For me, 'Meatloaf' is my grandmother's cooking. This meatloaf is made a little Japanese and contains Gobō : Greater Burdock and Rencon : Lotus Root. |
彼女の来訪がなくても、この日のお料理は、ミートローフでした。
ミートローフは、我が家では、秋と冬のお料理、なので、久しく食べていなかったのです。
偶然にも、以前、AricoさんとMが我が家に宿泊した時もこのお料理でした。
Mが初めてこの家にやってきた時に、赤城山と言うお酒を彼の前で開けました。
(実は、私達は、彼女に会うよりも先にMに会っていたのです)
赤城山は、通常、我が家にはないのですが、私達のお気に入りのお酒です。
この日、彼女にすすめたお酒も、偶然にも我が家にあった赤城山でした。
食いしん坊の私にとっては、面白いリンクです。
彼女とのひとときは、刺激的で、楽しい時間でした。
いらしてくださって、どうもありがとうございました。
次は、みんな揃って山北の家で会いたいですね。

Coincidence
Even without her visit, the dish of the day was Meatloaf.
Meatloaf is an autumn and winter dish at home, so we hadn't eaten it for a long time.
Coincidentally, it was this dish when Arico and M stayed at our house before.
When M first came to this house, I opened a Sake "Akagiyama" in front of him.
(Actually, we met M before her.)
"Akagiyama" is usually not at home, but it is our favourite Sake.
The sake we served her on that day was "Akagiyama", which happened to be on our house.
It's an interesting link for me as a glutton.
The time with her was exciting and fun.
Thank you for visiting us.
Next time, I would like to meet everyone in Yamakita's house.
2) 来客 / Visitors
10月には、コロナ禍、人々は、外出をするようになりました。
禍を防ぐ方法を模索しつつ、衛生面の維持をしつつ、私達は前に進んでいくのです。
もちろん、時々立ち止まることもありますが、それは将来へ向けての力の保存です。
全ての人にとって初めての経験なのですし、元々、私達は完璧ではないので、失敗もします。
その失敗が未来へのサポートになってくれたらと思います。
毎日、医療従事者への感謝を忘れず、彼らと自分たちの無事を合わせて祈りたいと思います。
こんな日々の中、鎌倉の友人カップル、H&TJが久しぶりに訪ねてきてくれました。
もちろん、会うのも久しぶり...私は、2月の藤沢ツアーが彼らと会った最後でした。

好きな人たちとのおしゃべりは、幸福なことです。
話題は楽しいことばかり....素敵な時間...ありがとうございました！

| 左のシャンパン2本を開けました！ 彼らから珍しいチーズ２種と 上等なバルサミコ酢をいただきました。 左は、'イエトオスト/ Geitost '。 初めて食べるチーズでした。 右は、私達の大好きなクミン入り。 (この美味しさは知っています） 相変わらず、運転手のHさんはノンアルコールの飲み物で申し訳ありません。 いつかみんなで外出できた時、一緒に飲みたいです。 (彼らが来た翌日に撮影) We opened two bottles of champagne on the left! They gave us two rare cheeses and a good balsamic vinegar. On the left is "Brunost (brown cheese) / Geitost ''. It was the first time I ate this cheese. On the right is our favourite cumin. (I know this deliciousness.) As usual, we are sorry to H san, the driver, for the non-alcoholic drink. When we can go out together someday, I would like to drink alcohol together. Visitors
In October, during the corona pandemic, people began to go out.
We are moving forward, looking for ways to prevent pandemic, while we are maintaining hygiene.
Of course, we sometimes stop, but it's a preservation of power for the future.
This is the first experience for everyone, and we make mistakes because originally we're not perfect.
I hope that failure will support the future.
Every day, I would like to thank the healthcare professionals and pray for our safety together with them.
In these days, a couple of friends H & TJ in Kamakura visited us for the first time in a long time.
Of course, it's been a while since we met ... for me, the last was the Fujisawa tour in February.

Chatting with my favourite people is happy.
