From Entrance to First Room
A. 会場 / Venue
私の作品が、枕崎市が主催する『第3回枕崎国際芸術賞展』に入選し、展示されることになったからです。
応募作品数1,128点 (過去最高) で、1次審査通過作品は69点で、その中に入り、62点が会場に展示されました。
会場は、枕崎市文化資料センター南溟館
（鹿児島県枕崎市山手町175番地）でした。
このセクションに展覧会の様子を録画した動画を載せます。
ブログに載せる動画の長さに限界があるので (私の能力の限界かも?) 、すべての動画が短く、会場が把握しずらいかもしれません。すみません。
会場は、3つの部屋で構成されています。
第一の部屋が最も広く、私の作品: "Aquamarimo / アクアマリモ"が展示されていました。
第二の部屋は、ドーム型で、大賞作品が展示されていました。
第三の部屋は、廊下風で、立体作品が多く展示されていました。

Venue
My older sister Y and I went on a trip to Makurazaki City, Kagoshima Prefecture.
This is because one of my works has been selected and exhibited in 'The 3rd Makurazaki International Art Award Exhibition' organized by Makurazaki City.
Of the 1,128 entries (a record high), 69 passed the first screening, and 62 of them were exhibited in a venue.
The venue was Nanmei Museum of Art (175 Yamate-cho, Makurazaki City, Kagoshima Prefecture).
This section contains video recordings of the exhibition.
Since there is a limit to the length of videos that can be posted on the blog (maybe my ability?), all the videos are short and it may be difficult to understand the venue, sorry.
The venue consists of three rooms.
The first room was the largest and displayed my work : "Aquamarimo".
The second room was dome-shaped and displayed the grand prize winners.
The third room was like a corridor, and many three-dimensional works were exhibited.

| "R-XX" 優秀賞 作 : 大木春菜 / 素材：ガラス "R-XX" Excellence Award By Haruna Oki / Material : Glass  見る角度を変えるとその変化が面白く、どの角度も美しいです。 とても素敵な作品です。 平面、立体含めて、私はこの作品が一番好きでした。 The change is interesting when I change the viewing angle, and every angle is beautiful. Very lovely work. I liked this work the most, of all the two-dimensional and three-dimensional works.  枕を彷彿 素材がガラスでありながら、やわらかさと布地の質感が あるので、私がそう感じるのでしょう。 もう少し、詩的なものが彷彿されるべきなのに...(苦笑) Reminds Me of a Pillow Even though the material is glass, it has the softness and texture of fabric, so I think that's how I feel. Perhaps I should imagine something a little more poetic... (Wry Smile) |

| 面白い作品です。 何か惹かれるものがあります。 水をテーマにしている点が自分の作品制作に共通しています。 This is an interesting piece. There is something that attracts me. The theme of water is common to my works.  |
B. Aquamarimo / アクアマリモ
今年4月の個展 : Coonie's Sky 2022 で、少し '転機' を感じました。
「野に生きよう！」
と決めて公募展の応募をしていませんでしたが、してみてもいいかな？
と思いました。
磁器作品は、配送方法に不安があり、応募せず、平面作品だけ応募しました。
友人・知人・家族に応援して頂いているおかげで、作品制作を続けて来られましたし、続けても行けます。

| 南溟館の会場での展示 儚げな印象の作品を生かすように 展示してくださっていました。 ありがとうございました。 動画撮影をしましたが、自分の作品を写真撮影するのを忘れました。 これは、他の来場者にYと私と作品を一緒に撮影していただき、 それを私がトリミングしました。 Exhibited in Nanmei Museum of Art It was exhibited to make the most of this fragile work. Aquamarimo
During my Exhibition in April : 'Coonie's Sky 2022', I felt was a little 'turning point'.
Before, I had decided
"Let's live in a field!"
and I didn't apply for any public exhibition, however, could I try it?
I didn't apply for any of my porcelain works because I was worried about the delivery method, so I only applied for the two-dimensional works.
Thanks to the support of my friends, acquaintances, and family, I have been able to continue creating works, and I will continue to do so.

2) 第二の部屋 / Second Room
南溟館の心臓部分にあたる部屋は、第二の部屋だと思います。
南溟館は、'船のイカリをモチーフにした木造の美術館'と言われ、イカリの先端のカーヴ部分がこの部屋ではないかと思います。
授賞式はこの部屋で行われ、大賞作品もこの部屋の真ん中に展示されます。
第二の部屋の作品群は大賞作に代表されるように、力強く自己主張が激しい作風でした。
私には、激しすぎて、好きな作品がありませんでした。
きっと、どこの審査員の方々も、主張の激しい作品に慣れていて、より強い、より刺激的で、目新しい作品に目がゆくのでしょう。
うーん、私は、ちょっと苦手な世界だな〜と感じずにはいられない部屋でした。
私の苦手なこの世界は、アート作品である以上、もってなくてはいけない特徴の1つなのだとも思います。
私は、第二の部屋の世界は、苦手ではありますが、もう一方で、アート作品である以上、もってなくてはいけない特徴を兼ね備えているのだとも思います。
ジレンマに陥りそうなので、この話題はここで止めます。
今回は、見に来ることができなかった母と夫Rのために動画をメインにしました。
写真よりは、動画の方が、会場の雰囲気が伝わると思ったからです。
自分の作品の写真撮影もしていませんが、ほかの作品もほとんど写真撮影をしていません。

Second Room
I think the second room is the heart of Nanmei Museum of Art.
This museum is said to be a 'wooden museum with the motif of a ship's anchor' and I believe that the curved part at the tip of the anchor is the second room.
The award ceremony will be held in this room, and the grand prize winner will be displayed in the middle of this room.
The group of works in the second room had a powerful and self-assertive style, as represented by the grand prize winners.
I didn't have a favourite piece because it was too intense for me.
I'm sure that the judges everywhere are accustomed to the strong assertiveness of works, and they are attracted to the stronger, more exciting, and newer works.
Well, I can't help but feel that I'm not comfortable in the world of the second room.
I am not good at the world of the second room, but on the other hand, as long as it is a work of art, I think that the works have the characteristics that must be possessed.
I'm going to end up in a dilemma, so I'm going to stop this topic here.
This time, I focused on videos for my mother and my husband R who could not come to see it.
This is because I thought that the atmosphere of the venue could be conveyed better in videos than in photographs.
I didn't even take photographs of my own work, and also I hardly took any photographs of the other works.

大賞作品(トマト) は、あきらかにエネルギッシュで、異彩を放っています。
作者は閉塞感を強く感じているのだと理解しました。
大賞作品であることに納得します。
コンクールでは、このような強さが必要だとあらためて認識します。
だからと言って、自分の作風を変えるつもりはありません。

The grand prize works (tomatoes) are clearly powerful and stand out.
I understand that the painter feels a strong sense of blockage.
I agree that it is the award-winning work.
In the competition, I recognize again that such strength is necessary.
That being said, I don't intend to change my style.

4) 最後に / Lastly
平面も立体も、それぞれの作品に適した場所に展示されていると思いました。
スタッフの方々の配慮を感じました。
ありがとうございました。
館長さんと学芸員の方にお会いできたことも嬉しいことでした。
また、思い出にも残りました。
この展覧会に応募して、とても良かったと思います。
次回もまたとは言えませんが、今回は、本当に、いろいろな意味で良かったです。

Lastly
I thought that both 2D and 3D works were exhibited in places suitable for each work.
I felt the care taken by the staff.

Also, it was a pleasure to meet the director and the curator.
The meetings were also memorable.
I am very glad that I applied for this exhibition.
I can't say I'll do it again next time, but this time it was really good in many ways.
