4月12日、鎌倉から、表参道のギャラリー412 (Galerie412) へ作品を赤帽さんに運んでもらいました。
I
asked Akabou ; Red Cap, a delivery company, to carry my works from
Kamakura to Galerie412 in Omotesando, Tokyo on 12th of April.
The
framed works were brought into the Gallery direct from the framing company,
Warkers, on this day.

| 壁に展示する作品から梱包を開けてゆきます。 We would begin by opening the works which would be exhibited on the walls. |

| 窓際の壁 大まかな配置を決めたあとに、リングのレイアウトをはじめました。 不思議なことに、一つ一つのリングの位置を壁が教えてくれるように 迷いなく決められました。 Wall above Window
After deciding on the rough layout, I started to place the rings.
Curiously, the wall seemed to tell me the position of each ring,
I decided without hesitation.

開廊記念日
4月12日は、ギャラリー412の開廊記念日でその晩、 親しい方々でパーティを開くことになっていました。 私とRはそのパーティには参加しませんが、 パーティ参加者の何人かは私の展示に参加。 ギャラリー412のChizukaさんの好意で、 翌日、再び展示ができることになり、私達は逃げるように その場を離れました(笑)。 Opening Day
The
12th of April is "Galerie412's Opening Day" for
which
they were going to hold a party with close friends that evening.
I
and R didn't attend the party,
but some of the party participants attended to my display.
With
the courtesy of Chizuka of Galerie412, we were able to
continue setting up
on
the next day, so we quickly left the place, like runaways. (Laugh)

ギャラリー412は、1974年4月12日に、旧同潤会アパートにオープンしました。
この日で、開廊45周年を迎えたのです。
歴史あるギャラリーで個展を開かせていただくことは、光栄です。
ありがとうございます。
そして、45周年、おめでとうございます!
The 45th Anniversary
Galerie412
opened in one of the former Dojunkai apartments on 12th of April, 1974.
Today, they celebrated the 45th Anniversary of their opening.
I
am an honoured to have my exhibition in this historic gallery.

Chizukaさんがパーティ終了後の12日の晩と、13日の朝に
この壁面のレイアウトを一人で一生懸命、してくださいました。 ありがとうございました。 Alone, Chizuka worked hard, after the party was over, on the layout of this wall,
in
the evening of the 12th and in the morning of the 13th.

13日は私は撮影まで気が回らず、変わりに、Rが撮影してくれました。
On
the 13th, I didn't have a good head on my shoulders for
photographs and R photographed instead of me.

| Rは背が高いので椅子に乗るとこんな風に撮影できるのですね〜。 でも、もしかしたら、彼は椅子に乗っていず、 単に手をあげた状態で撮影しているのかもしれません....。 Since R is tall, he can take pictures like this when he gets on a chair.
But maybe he's not on a chair, just taking with his hands raised ....
