ビルの入り口 / Entrance of the Building
「綺麗！ 好きな感じ」と、ここで思いました。
I thought here that "Beautiful!" and it is my favourite type.

下記、この展覧会の趣旨 ; AGC サイトより
"ガラスは、透明性をもつ硬質素材という特質により、温度や湿度、騒音などから人々を守る役割を果たし
ながら、内部空間に明るい光をもたらし、外部環境への視界をクリアに広げることができる、現代建築に
は欠かせない存在となっています。
閉ざしながら透明性をもつ未来的な空間には、人々に清々しさや感動
を与える力があります。
本展では、今後の活躍が期待される35歳以下の若手建築家による指名設計競
技にて提案された、ガラスの新しい使い方を試みた建築の展示を行います。
設計競技の最優秀案作品
は、実際にガラスを用いて制作したモデルが展示されます。
「多様な光のあるガラス建築」をテーマに、
ガラスの特性を新たな視点から読み取った提案を期待することで、未来のガラス建築の可能性を示します。"
According to AGC website about This exhibition's points, below
"Glass
has been indispensable material in modern architecture.
Its
transparency transmits light into interior space while achieving
clear view extending to the exterior environment.
This hard material
allows to control room temperature and humidity as well as the
reduction of noise coming from the outside.
These features inspire
people and carries power to bright ideas to the future architecture.
In this exhibition, 6 sets of Under 35 young talented architects
present their ideas for glass architecture, proposed in the earlier
stage of competition.
The winner gets an opportunity to build and
exhibit the idea in actual size.
The exhibition presents new
possibility of glass architecture for the future, considering the
theme. "

世界初
世界初のサスペンション構造によるガラスのらせん階段があり、1階から2階へこの階段を利用することができます。 残念ながら、この階段部分に限っては写真撮影が許されていません。 この写真は2階で、手前がその階段になります。 上がっている間、かすかに揺れます。 The World's First They have the world's first suspended glass spiral staircase. We can use this from ground floor to first floor. Unfortunately they do not allow photographs of it. Here is the first floor, foreground is the staircase. While I walked on the staircase, I felt slight waving.

| スタジオというよりは、ショールームですね。 Here is a showroom rather than a studio.  たくさんのガラスのサンプルが美しく展示されています。 Many glass samples displayed beautifully.  |
