"とんかつ やなせ"
"とんかつ やなせ 本店" が、横須賀へ来た目的でした。
TJ&Hカップルは、ロースを気に入っているので、その美味しさは聞いていましたが、ヒレカツのことは、知りませんでした。
それでも、店に到着する前から、ヒレカツが食べたいな〜と思っていました。
店につくと、店の謳い文句は、
"箸で切れるやわらかなヒレカツ"
でした。
う〜ん、ヒレカツ食べたいモードは高まって静まりませんでした。
せっかく、このお店のロースカツが私にオススメで、連れてきていただいたのに申し訳ないと思いつつ、ヒレカツを注文してしまいました。
それでも、ごり押しはしないお二人はさすがです。

Visiting "Tonkatsu Yanase" main restaurant was our main purpose for going to Yokosuka.
TJ&H couple love pork loin so I heard about it and I understand it is good,
although I did not know about Pork fillet cutlet in that restaurant.
However, before we arrived the restaurant, I had wanted to eat Pork fillet cutlet.
When we arrived there, I found out that the restaurant's catch-phrase is
"You can cut our Pork fillet cutlet with chopsticks".
Well, my desire for 'fillet' were going up and never stopped.
They knew the restaurant is good for pork loin, would let me eat it and brought me here, I thought sorry to them, although I still asked for fillet.
However, they did not impose to me, it is great, thank you for your consideration.

ここのお店は、ラードを使用しています。
ラードを使用していると聞くと、こってりしたイメージを持ちますが、
さらっとしつつ、口当たりが柔らかいところが、特色...と思いました。
ヒレカツもとても美味しくいただきました。
もしも、次回があれば、ロースカツとヒレカツ、両方、食べた〜イ！
The restaurant uses lard.
If we hear of using lard, we might have an image of food being too oily, in fact,
the taste was light and the chewing was soft, I thought 'this is their feature!'
I enjoyed having my pork fillet cutlet.
If I have another visit here, I would have loin and fillet.
