"テラ"からの野菜

突然、たくさんの野菜が届きました。

2002年に那須塩原の板室温泉大黒屋ホテルで
"Coonie's Dragon 2002／クーニーのドラゴン展"

をした際に知り合った、若い友人、YさんとMちゃんカップルからでした。

個展は、私にとって、ファンタジーのシンボルのドラゴンをテーマに絵と、初の陶芸作品を展示した内容でした。

彼らに最後に会ったのは、おそらく7,8年前で、彼らの那須塩原のレストラン、
『 テラ(Terra)』で、R、姉と私で食事をした時でした。

Yさんのお料理は手間がかかっていて、優しい味で、心も体も暖かくなる、美味しいお料理でした。

Rは漬物が苦手なのですが、Mちゃんの作った漬物を美味しいと言って食べました。

その後、季節のカードや年賀状でのお付き合いは続けていました。


Vegetables from "Terra"

Suddenly many vegetables arrived.

When I had "Exhibition- Coonie's Dragon 2002" 
in 'Itamuro-Onsen-Daikokuya-Hotel', Nasushiobara, Tochigi Prefecture, I met young friends, Y San & M Chan couple who sent me the vegetables.

That Exhibition symbolizes a world of fantasy, with the theme of Dragons and it was the first time I displayed and sold my ceramics works.

I last met them probably 7 or 8 years ago, when R, my sister and I had a meal in their restaurant "Terra" in Nasushiobara.

Y San’s cooking took a lot of time and had gentle taste which made our bodies and minds warm up, it was delicious.

Normally R does not like Tsukemono: Japanese pickles, although he really enjoyed M Chan's Tuskemono.

After that I have connected with them by seasonal cards.

嬉しく読ませていただきました。

YさんとMちゃんが作った有機野菜。
Rと私へということでしたが、残念ながらRは英国なので、
私が全部、美味しく美味しくいただきました。
ごちそうさまでした。

Y San & M Chan grew the organic vegetables
They would give to R and I, unfortunately R is in Britain,
so I had all of them, enjoyed and I was glad.
