1) 思い出と共に / With Memories
私と夫Rは、鎌倉山から、七里ヶ浜住宅街の正福寺公園 (聖福寺跡)、熊野権現社 (クマノゴンゲンシャ)と周り、聖福寺谷 (ショウフクジガヤツ) の真ん中の道を海へ向かって、おりて行きました。
正福寺公園 (聖福寺跡)については下記。

From Kamakurayama, I and my husband R walked around Shofukuji Temple Park (Shofukuji Temple Site) in Shichirigahama residential area, Kumanogongen Shrine (Kumanogongen-sha), and went down the road in the middle of Shofukujigayatsu : Shofukuji Temple Valley toward the sea.

聖福寺谷を山から下り、江ノ電・稲村ヶ崎駅の北側の道沿いを歩きます。

| 稲荷神社 江ノ電沿にあります。 狐の彫像も旗もないので、怪しさに欠けます(笑)。 健康的なお稲荷さん。 初めて、稲荷神社は怪しげな雰囲気がその特徴の1つであると 気がつきました。(少なくとも私にとっては） Inari Shrine : Inari Jinjya It is located along the Enoden line. There are no fox statues or flags, so it lacks suspicion (Laugh). Healthy Inari. For the first time, I realized that the suspicious atmosphere of Inari Shrine is one of its characteristics. (At least for me) |

"Inari Jinjya is a tutelary shrine guarding the local people.
It is dedicated to the gods of the harvest and industry.
A pair of foxes , messengers of the gods, stand at the gate of the shrine."
According to Wiki about Inari Ōkami,
"Inari Ōkami (Japanese: 稲荷大神), also called Ō-Inari (大稲荷), is the Japanese kami of foxes, fertility, rice, tea and sake, of agriculture and industry, of general prosperity and worldly success, and one of the principal kami of Shinto. In earlier Japan, Inari was also the patron of swordsmiths and merchants."
2) 骨董 R / Antique R
A. 1号店・骨董 R / 1st Shop, Antique R
私達がまだ英国に住んでいる時に、鎌倉へ家探しに来ました。
その時に、行って見たいと思い、訪ねたのが '骨董 R' でした。

入店するには、江ノ電を横切らなくてはなりません。
踏切がない線路を渡るロケーションは、日本ではあまりありません。
しかもここは道が続いているのでなく、家(店)の玄関前なのです。
現在は、ここにはシグナルがついていますが、初めて訪ねた時には、何もありませんでした。
当時は2号店はありませんでしたが、鎌倉に住みはじめて来た時には、2号店ができていました。
そして偶然にも、最初に鎌倉に住んだ二階堂では、
オーナーのYさん一家が私達のご近所さんでした。
現在は、Yさん一家も私達も二階堂を出てしまって、クリスマスカードと賀状だけのおつきあいになってしまいました。
この日は、とても久しぶりに、'骨董 R' を訪ねましたが、Yさんはいず、お会いできず、残念でした。
でも、素敵なお店は見ることができました。

1st Shop, Antique R
We came to Kamakura to find a house when we were still living in Britain.
At that time, I wanted to go and see 'Antique R', so we visited here.

You must cross Enoden to enter the shop.
There are not many locations in Japan that cross railroad crossings without barriers.
Moreover, there is no road or pavement to get to the entrance of the house (shop).
Now there is a signal there, but when I first visited there was nothing.
At that time, they did not have the 2nd shop, but when we first came after living in Kamakura, they had the 2nd.
And by chance, where we first lived in Nikaido, Kamakura, the owner Y's family was our neighbour.
At present, both the Y family and we have left Nikaido, and we are only dealing with Christmas cards and New Year greeting cards.
On this day, we visited 'Antique R' for the first time in a long time, but Y san was not there, we could not see him and we were a little disappointed.
But we were able to see the lovely shop.

| 玄関 玄関で、靴を脱いでお店に上がります。 古民家をお店に変えたので、昭和の家の雰囲気がします。 Entrance In the entrance, take off your shoes and go up to the shop. お店は隅から隅まで、掃除が行き届いていて、清潔感があります。
商品も綺麗！
1つ1つを大切にしている感じが伝わってきます。
私は小さな木のお盆が欲しかったのですが、RがチェックしてOKが出ず、買いませんでした。

The shop is well-cleaned from corner to corner, so there is a feeling of cleanliness.
The products are also beautiful!
I can feel the feeling of valuing each one.
I wanted a small wooden tray, but R checked them and didn't get OK, so we didn't buy it.

B. 2号店 / 2nd Shop
前述した通り、実際は、2号店に先にきました。
2号店は、稲荷神社と同じ道にあります。

| 2号店 神奈川県鎌倉市稲村ガ崎2-4-21 2号店はギャラリーです。 2階もあります。 ここで知り合った作家さんから木製の時計を買いました。 その時は、その作家さんが恵比寿で個展をした時でした。 その時計は、今でも私達の家にあります。 The 2nd 2-4-21 Inamuragasaki, Kamakura City, Kanagawa Prefecture The 2nd shop is a gallery. | 2号店の近くの江ノ電踏切を渡って、海に向かいました。 We crossed the Enoden railroad crossing near the 2nd shop and headed for the sea. |
踏切後、道なりに歩いていると、不思議な空間を見つけました。
'十一人塚'と名付けられた墓地ですが、ここに11人が埋葬されてはいません。

| 石碑 / Stone Monument |
After the railroad crossing, when we were walking along the road,
I found a strange space.
It is a graveyard named 'Juhitozuka : Eleven Men Mound', but 11 people are not buried here.

"1333年(元弘3年)鎌倉攻めの新田義貞軍の浜手の大将大館宗氏(おおだてむねうじ)は大軍を率いて極楽寺坂の切通しへ攻め込みましたが、北条方の猛反撃をうけて多数が討ち死にし、総退却になりました。
そして、最後に残った11人もここで自刃してしまったと伝えられています。
ここにその11人を葬り、十一面観音の像を建ててその霊を弔ったので、十一人塚と呼ばれています。
この塚の上には大きな松の木がありましたがそれは枯れて、今の松はその後に植えたものです。"

"In 1959, a large number of human bones, which are believed to be from the end of the Kamakura period, were discovered at the construction site near Gokurakuji Bridge. After the excavation, most of them were taken to the Anthropology Department of the University of Tokyo as valuable research materials to know the people of the Kamakura period. Some people in the area told that they were buried in the round stone on the left hand side, and we built this explanation board to keep a record of the process.
