1) ビストロ・ラ・ペクニコヴァ / BISTROT LA PEKNIKOVA

Rのお気に入りのペクニコヴァさんで、誕生日の夕飯をとりました。

ペクニコヴァの馬場シェフは、Rの食の問題を踏まえて、料理を作ります。

同じようなお料理でもソースや食材を微妙に変えて、Rにも私にも美味しい料理をだしてくれます。

食材選択や手間の掛け方のバランスが好きです。

BISTROT LA PEKNIKOVA

R's favorite restaurant is “BISTROT LA PEKNIKOVA”, we had his birthday dinner there.

Baba chef of the restaurant makes cooking knowing R's food problem.

Even with similar dishes, he changes sauces and ingredients, and he serves delicious dishes for R, for me.

I like the balance of his selection of ingredients and how he spends time and effort.

ディナーコース / Dinner Course

この日はカメラを忘れてしまったので、携帯で撮影しました。

ディナーコース全部は撮影していません。

I left my camera at home, so I photographed by my mobile phone that day.

Rの大好きなスープ
私は常時野菜スープを彼のために用意していますが、
ペクニコヴァのスープを飲むと自分では作り出せない別格のプロの味を感じます。
そしてレストランで食事をする喜びを感じます。

 R Loves PEKNIKOVA's Soup

I always prepare vegetable soup for him,

though when I have PEKNIKOVA's soup, I feel a special professional taste

that I cannot make myself.

And then I feel the joy of dining at the restaurant.

Rは豚肉を選択。 / R selected  Pork.

私はラム。 / I had Lamb.

食いしん坊
玉ねぎが入っているので、これは私用。
ディナーコースの他にときどき注文します。

Glutton

Because onions are included, this is for me.

Sometimes I order this in addition to the dinner course.

美味しい、幸せな一時でした。

鎌倉で仲良くしている、S&Yご夫妻が9月末に訪ねてきてくれ、Rの誕生日プレゼントとカードを届けてくれました。

S & Y couple who get on well with us in Kamakura, visited us at the end of September and delivered R's birthday gifts and card.

Rは日本酒が好きなので、友人たちが日本酒をプレゼントしてくれます。


Because R likes sake, friends give him sake.

ゴールデングリーンさんからいただいた日本酒。

家族や他の友人たちからもプレゼントやカードをいただいていたのですが、私が撮影しそびれてしまいました。
