きれいな駒 / Beautiful Spinning Top
今年のお正月にお隣のお嬢さんの一人から素敵な
おりがみの駒を私とRにいただきました。
あまりに素敵で姉のYも感動し、彼女の勤め先の
特別養護施設で使いたいという申し出がありました。
姉は管理栄養士をそこでしています。
毎年お正月に施設の老人の方々に、小さなお正月の
お祝いのディスプレイを一人一人にむけて、テーブルセッティングしています。
それも手作り、Yは仕事熱心で優しい人です。
私もいつも助けられています。
二人のお嬢さんがそろって教えてくれました。
彼女らはつまようじを使って駒をつくると良いと
アドバイスしてくれました。
私が作ったヨーグルトアップルケーキで、
『ヨーグルトポムポム』
というかわいい名前です。
ポム(Pomme) はフランス語でりんごという意味です。
そのケーキの一部をお隣にお礼として持ってゆきました。
ホールで持ってゆけないのは、味に自信がないので、
自分で確かめてからでないとさしあげられないからです。
お隣では素敵なお茶の用意をしてくださっていました。

One of next-doors ' daughters gave me and R, beautiful spinning tops this New Year.
They are very wonderful, my sister,Y, was so impressed when she saw them.
After then she said she would like to know how to make them, because she would use them in her job.
She works for a nursing home as a registered dietitian, and she makes small New Year decorations for the table settings.
Moreover, the decorations are handmade by her.
She is earnest and kind.
I always have her kindness, too.

3)おやつの時間/ Tea and Sweets time
