夙川は観光地ではない、神戸の良さがとても残されている場所だと思います。
良い場所にお店をもたれたな〜と思いますよ。
桜のシーズンがとても忙しいと聞きました。
川沿いを散歩すると......納得。
きれいでしょうね〜！

I think that Sukugawa has retained its good Kobe atmosphere which is not to touristy.
I think they has chosen well.
I heard that in the cherry blossom season, they have been very busy.
I walked along a riverside pass....... Indeed.
I could easily imagine beautiful cherry blossom there.
