1) ヒトトケ / Hitotoke
長谷方面へふらふらと散策をしました。
散策の途中、"ヒトトケ"という暖簾をかけたお店を見つけました。
暖簾がかかっていることで、お店だと推測しましたが、中の様子も見えず、入り口周辺に説明もありませんでした。
帰宅後、検索すると、男性専用の美容室でした。
(後日再びHPを見ると女性も対象に含まれていました)
"ヒトトケ"は、'人と毛' の意味であったと知りました。
短編映画も作成していて、通常の美容室とは、違うオーナーの思想を感じます。

Hitotoke
In the middle of the walk, we found a shop with a noren with
"ヒトトケ" : "Hitotoke" character.
I guessed that it was a shop because of the noren, but I couldn't see the inside and there was no explanation around the entrance.
After returning home, I researched and found that it was a beauty salon only for men.
(When I looked at the HP again at a later date, women are also included in the target.)
I understood that "hitotoke" means 'man and hair: '人と毛' ' in Japanese.
(人 : hito means man / と： to means and / 毛 : ke means hair)
They also make short films, and I feel that the owner's philosophy is different from that of a regular beauty salon.

| レストランワタナベ 古民家を利用したレストランです。 江ノ電を渡らないと入店できません。 鎌倉の古民家はよくカフェやレストランに利用されます。 そのなかでここはかなり豪華な印象があります。 まだ私たちは行ったことはありません。 Restaurant Watanabe It is a restaurant that uses an old private house : Kominka. Enoden is the Enoshima Electric Railway in Japan which connects Kamakura Station in Kamakura with Fujisawa Station in Fujisawa, Kanagawa.

Now managed by the 9th generation. We've passed by this shop many times, but never had the chance to buy. | 力餅 通常の力餅は白いお餅ですが、 このときは季節限定の蓬餅でした。 10個入りを買いました。 Chikara-mochi The normal chikara mochi is white mochi, but this time it was a seasonal yomogi mochi. Mochi is a type of rice cakes and is made by processing glutinous rice. We bought a pack of 10.  帰宅後、食べました。 人々に長く愛される味というのは、 まっすぐな味、正直な味なのだな〜と思います。 After we got home, we ate. 4) 'Paso'
A. 'カフェ激戦区' / 'Cafe Battleground'
カフェで休もうと思い、坂の下の 'カフェ激戦区' へ向かいました。
'カフェ激戦区' と、私が勝手に呼んでいる場所は、ドラマの撮影地として有名になった 'カフェ坂の下' 周辺で、住宅街にあります。
'カフェ坂の下'は古民家を利用していますが、その周辺のカフェも古民家を利用しています。
本日、その地域に新しいカフェ、'Paso' が開店していたことを知り、そこへ行ってみました。
'Paso' もまた古民家を利用しています。

'Cafe Battleground'
We would like to take a rest at a cafe, so we headed to the 'Cafe Battleground' in Sakanoshita.
The place I call 'cafe battleground' is around 'Cafe Sakanoshita' which became famous as a drama filming location and it is in a residential area.
Today, I found out that a new cafe, 'Paso', had opened in the area, so we went there.

B. カウンター / Counter

| カウンター 入り口から入ってすぐのカウンターで注文し、席に着きます。 ここでコーヒー豆も購入できます。 小綺麗な作りで清潔感があります。 Counter Order at the counter immediately after entering from the entrance and get to your table. We can also buy coffee beans here. There is a feeling of cleanliness with a little neat structure.  ドリップコーヒー1択 残念ながらRの好きなカフェラテはありません。 1 Choice of Drip Coffee Unfortunately, R's favourite cafe latte is not available. |

鎌倉駅周辺にもカフェ開店計画があり、 辻堂にも'カフェと焙煎・CORNER 27' があるようです。 'CORNER 27'が一号店で、16年前に開業されました。 (2022年11月1日、'27MICRO ROAST'が開店しました) There were plans to open a cafe around Kamakura Station, and they seem to have a 'Cafe and Roasting ・CORNER 27' in Tsujido. 'CORNER 27' is the first shop, opened 16 years ago. ('27MICRO ROAST' opened on 1st of November, 2022) |

C. 店内 / Inside
古民家を改修し、カフェにしています。
An old house has been renovated and turned into a cafe.
オーナーさんの一貫したポリシーを感じます。
In a space created to enjoy the taste of coffee, I get the impression that relaxing is secondary.
I feel the consistent policy of the owner.

D. 庭 / Garden

庭を眺めつつコーヒーをいただきました。 フラスコにコーヒーが入っていて、ラボのニュアンスを感じます。 We had coffee while looking at the garden. There are coffee in the flasks and I feel the nuances of the lab.  コーヒーは軽やかな味でした。 The coffee had a light taste. |

| あえてスコップや小石の袋を庭に置いています。 「まだまだ進行中ですよ、庭もコーヒーへの取り組みも」 というメッセージを感じます。 They dare to put a shovel and a bag of pebbles in the garden. I can feel the message that "We are still working on it, the garden and the work on coffee."  |
5) 海へ / Towards the Sea

'Paso' をあとにし、住宅街の路地を歩いて海へ向かいました。

We left 'Paso' and walked down the alleys of the residential area to the sea.

B. 'カフェ坂の下' / 'Cafe Sakanoshita'
飲み物や食事も美味しいという印象があります。
新しい味、メニューも試みているようです。
ドラマに使用されたという背景だけでなく、出される飲み物や食事も良いので人気店であり続けているのだと思います。
私はまた行ってみたいと思いますが、Rが 'café recette' のほうを気に入っていて、この激戦区に来る機会があると、そちらへ行ってしまいます。
We visited 'Cafe Sakanoshita' a few years ago.
I have the impression that the food and drinks are lovely.
It seems that new tastes and dishes are also being tried.
I think this cafe continues to be popular not only because it was used in the drama, but also because the drinks and food served are good.
I would love to visit again, but R likes 'café recette' even more, so whenever we have the chance to come to this Battleground, we go there.

確固とした目標があるわけでなく、なんとなく海沿いを逗子方面へ歩きました。
We didn't have a firm purpose, but somehow walked along the coast towards Zushi.
