ナショナル・トラストの管理運営するサイトがあり、なっているので、スカーバラ城からの帰り道に、寄りました。
海岸に出られると思っていましたが、出る道はありませんでした。
この村がそれほどリゾート地として開けていないのは、海岸へ行けないというのがあるようです。
スカーバラは、ノース・ヨーク・ムアーズ国立公園に含まれていませんが、この村は国立公園の中になります。
Ravenscar is a coastal village and about 10 miles north of Scarborough.
The National Trust manages the site, so we stopped there from Scarborough Castle on our way.
I thought we could go to the coast from the site, however, we cannot go.
It does not seem to open out as a resort because people cannot go to the coast from there.
Scarborough is not in the North York Moors National Park, although the village is in the Park.
