道道、いくつかのお店に寄りながら、"居酒屋割烹 笑宿" (イザカヤカッポウ ワライヤ) に到着。

金沢在住の、友人Sちゃんが、良いお店を探してくれ、予約もしてくれました。
ありがとう！
Sちゃんの体調があまりよくなかったので、一日、心配しつつ過ごしましたが、
幸いにも、彼女は大丈夫な様子でしたので、少しほっとしました。
この日、関西からやってきたHちゃんは、以前と変わらず、元気でほがらかでした。
Hちゃんは、パソコン教室の先生を長年しています。
人当たりが良く、人気の先生であることが容易に察しられました。
私はPC関係は全くだめで、携帯も今年の2月にガラケーからi-phoneに変えたばかりで、今もって、戸惑いの中にいます(笑)。
Hちゃんは最先端を行く人で、私のような原始人をよくまあ、相手にしてくれるものだと関心します。
鈍臭い私に腹もたてず 、ありがとう！
Sちゃんは、Hちゃんと私の間くらいの時代の人でしょうか? (笑)
20代の頃、3人で神戸から金沢へ遊びに来て、この日、同じメンバーで一緒に過ごせ、お夕飯も共にとれたことを嬉しく感じます。
"居酒屋割烹 笑宿"
道場六三郎 (ミチバ ロクサブロウ/ 1931 -) 氏の元で修行した、
西村豊 (ニシムラ ユタカ / ?- ) 氏が料理長を務める
創作料理のお店です。
ですが、敷居は低く、雰囲気もカジュアルに作っています。
この看板の感じも料理屋というよりは居酒屋です。
"Izakaya Kappo Waraiya" ;
"Japanese cuisine restaurant & pub, Waraiya"
It is a creative cuisine restaurant, where Nishimura Utaka (?-?) is a head chef, trained under Rokusaburo Michiba (1931 -) who is a very popular chef in Japan.
The restaurant is easy to visit and the atmosphere casual as well.
This sign board shows here is a pub rather than a restaurant.
"Waraiya" means laughing place or make smile.
By the way, Rokusaburo Michiba was born in Ishikawa Prefecture. |
We
popped in some shops and arrived at "Izakaya Kappo Waraiya"
; "Japanese cuisine restaurant & pub, Waraiya".

S chan
who lives in Kanazawa, found the
good restaurant and
made a reservation before this day.
Thank
you, S chan.
S chan's
condition was not so good, so I spent the day worrying about
her, though fortunately she seemed alright, so I felt a little
relieved.
H chan
came from Kansai
region this day, who was as good as before and was fine
and cheerful.
H chan has
been a teacher in personal computer classroomes for a long time.
I
can easily guess that she is a sociable and popular
teacher.
I
have no PC relationship at all and my mobile phone has just changed
from an old phone : feature
phone to i-phone in February
this year and I am still in embarrassment now (Laugh).
H chan
is a frontier person although she still connects with me who is
a primitive person, this is surprising.
She
doesn't get angry with me, who is slow and makes mistakes, thank
you!
I
think S chan
is in an era between H chan's
one and mine? (Laugh)
When
we were in our twenties, the three of us visited Kanazawa
from Kobe and
I am pleased that I could spend with the same people on this day and
have dinner together.

お店自体は、1階から4階まであります。
キッチンは、別室のキッチン工房から運ばれてきます。

| お魚は蒸し焼き....外食ならではです。 昆布が敷いてあります。黄色の丸いものは栗。 Steamed and baked fish .... It is unique and I feel it is a restaurant meal. The fish is laid on Konbu (edible kelp, usually used for making Japanese stock) . The yellow ball is a chestnut.  お皿は、新しい九谷焼風、九谷変形版？ お料理は、'創作料理'というふれこみなので、こういうお皿に合うのでしょう。 The plate is new Kutani ware style or Kutani variant version? Their dish is said to be 'Creative Cuisine', so it should suit this kind of plate. |

どのお料理も力強い！
この日のランチは"卯辰"でしたが、そちらは女川、浅野川だとしたら、
この夕食は、男川、犀川ですね。
"卯辰"については下記。
Fish with Thick Starchy Sauce
Every dish is powerful!
Our lunch was in "Utatsu" on this day, but if it is Woman River ; Asano River,
this dinner could be Man River ; Sai River.

| デザート ウーん、なんだったかよく覚えていません.... 苺は"紀ノ国屋"で売っているような苺(笑) Dessert Well, I do not remember what it was... This looks like a strawberry-like stuff as sold in Kinokuniya Supermarket (Laugh), who sell high quality things with high cost. |
個性的なお料理ばかりで、外食の楽しさが味わえました。
スタッフもフレンドリーで印象がよかったです。
Sちゃん、Hちゃん、楽しい時間をありがとう~~~!
Every
dish is unique and I had the joy of eating in an outside restaurant.
The
staff were friendly and I had a good impression.
