私は、2015年にRと北陸旅行をしていて、ひがし茶屋街に来ています。
2015年の訪問については下記。
ひがし茶屋街で有名な茶屋 :
茶屋街創設当時 (1820年) より残る志摩 (シマ)
現在もお茶屋として営業している懐華樓 (カイカロウ)
など有料で見学できますが、今回はお店巡りに徹しました(笑)。
そうそう、屋内見学は"お茶屋文化館"でもできますが、こちらもパスです。

had a Hokuriku trip with R in 2015 and visited Higashi Chaya
District.

S chan, H chan and I came here long time ago.
'Chaya'
is famous for Higashi Chaya District :
Shima : the
building has been there since the town was
established in 1820 and Kaikarou:
this opens as an restaurant and Ochaya today.
We
can see inside with a charge, but we just toured the shops this time
(Laugh).
Oh
yes, we can see inside "Ochaya
Museum",
but we also let this pass!

漆器のお店で、私は好きです。

The
shop is for lacquerware and I like it.
They accepted photography pleasantly.
It
is my impression that that shops dealing with artists who are
confident
about skills and ideas, they can easily grant photography
permission.
There
is an ironic tendency that shops, which have items
that make me think they are copies, are often picky for photography.
Actually,
in contrast Kihachi Studio
I was not allow to photograph in a souvenir shop nearby . 
漆器は多少使用するのに気を使いますが、その風合いはとても素敵で、
心 (魂)を喜ばせてくれますよね。
We
are a little careful about using lacquerware, but its texture is
very good
and
they make our hearts (spirits) delight, don't they?
 若い作家さんの作品を扱っていると聞きました。 I heard from the shop that they deal with works of young artists.  私が惹かれるお店は、工房やギャラリータイプであると認識しました。 I recognized that shops which I am attracted to are studio or gallery type. |

The shop sell things from art works to souvenirs

Their shop is at the end of an elongated passage, like an alley.
Somehow, it reminds me of shops in Kyoto. 
糸で玉を作り、ネックレスにしています。
私はこのタイプの玉がカフスになったものをいくつか持っています。
水引細工 (加賀水引) を思わせますが、違いますよね？？？
(少なくとも私のカフスは水引ではありません)
The balls are made of thread and they make necklaces with the balls.
I have some cufflinks of the same ball type.
They remainded me of Kaga Mizuhiki, though they are not, are they?
(At least my cufflinks are not Mizuhiki)
Mizuhiki ; string, and Kaga Mizuhiki is handiwork made with Mizuhiki.
     
このメガネケースは、Rへ買おうか、非常に迷いました。
まずは撮影して彼に見せようと...。
'ブツ撮り'するので、再び撮影許可の確認をしました。
許可をもらったわりには、ぼけてしまった！(笑)
I wanted to buy this glasses case for R, I really hesitated.
First of all I tried to photograph and show him.
I wanted to take 'Still life photography', so I checked for permission again.
They gave permission, but I got it blurred! (Laugh)
傘も素敵でしたが、持ち帰りの'苦'の方が勝ちました。
The umbrella was also nice, but it would have been to difficult to carry... .

The red building on the left is a good example of
a 'Chaya Building' and is a Kanazawa city designation preservation building, Former Moyoya.

茶屋建築ではありませんが、'旧諸江屋'のすぐ近くにあります。

金沢駅でも、他でも購入可能ですが、
ここで買うことに私の美学(?)があるのです(笑)。
ここの喫茶は完全予約制です。
私達は予約していませんでしたが、最初から私の購入が目的でしたので、
がっかりもしませんでした。

Isshoō"
I
bought "Kenjyou Kaga Bou Cha" ; special brown tea in Sabo Isshou.
Even though this tea is sold in Kanazawa Station and elsewhere,
my aesthetics (?) required me to buy here (Laugh).
This tea house only serves people who have made a reservation.
We did not make a reservation, but since my aim from the beginning
was to purchase packets of tea, I was not disappointed.  
以前は普通の棒茶を買いましたが、今回は、
Sちゃんオススメのティパックを買いました。
I

though this time I bought tea bags which S chan recommended. |

にし茶屋街へ移動...と当時は思っていたのですが、主計町茶屋街 (カズエマチ チャヤガイ)でした。
We would move to Nishi Chaya District....at that time, however, in fact, we went to Kazuemachi Chaya District.
