1) ひょう柑ジャム / HyōkanJam
ひょう柑 (ヒョウカン) という、私達にとっては、新しいフルーツですが、実はかなり昔から存在していた品種です。
外皮はマーマレードの原料として最高と言われています。
生協さんのカタログで見つけたので、買ってみました。
夫Rがマーマレードを希望したので彼と一緒に作りました。
私達は果実も全てマーマレードの原料として使用しました。
Rが綺麗に皮剥きをした状態を撮影しなかったのが悔やまれます。
マーマレードとしても、ケーキの材料としても良いように思います。
苦味があり私達には美味しいです。
果実としては酸っぱいかな？と思います。

Hyōkan Jam
Hyōkan, a new fruit for us, is actually a variety that has existed for quite some time.
The exodermis is said to be the best ingredient for marmalade.
I found it in the co-op catalog, so I bought it.
R requested 'Marmalade' so I made it with him.
We also used inside as ingredient for marmalade.
It is regrettable that I did not photograph a state where R peeled skin off cleanly.
I think it can be used as a marmalade or as a cake ingredient.
It has a bitter taste and is delicious for us.
I think the inside is sour as a fruit.

| 庭で、時期がすぎたクリスマスローズを飾ってみました。 もしかするとクリスマスローズを飾るのは初めてかもしれません。 たまたま使用していたテーブルクロスと、 自作のリトグラフ作品を合っています。 Christmas Roses Late Christmas Roses were in the garden, I decorated the Christmas Roses. Maybe it's the first time to decorate with Christmas Roses. | 他の花達と一緒 庭から摘んだ花を生けています。 With Other Flowers I picked flowers from the garden and arranged.  お披露目 捨て魔の私が、空き瓶はなかなか捨てられません。 時々こうして役に立ってくれるので、 私の罪悪感 (?) が緩和されます。 Debut I'm good at throwing things away, but empty bottles are hard to throw away. Sometimes they are useful, so my guilt (?) is alleviated. |

| 花器は、英国留学初期の陶器作品。 未熟な作品ですが気に入っていてずっと持っています。 The vase is an earthenware work from the early days of studying in Britain. It's an immature work, but I like it and have kept it for a long time. |
 モミジバ・ゼラニウム "モミジバ・ゼラニウム" が、 初期の陶器作品(自作)と馴染んでします。 Maple Leaf Geranium "Momijiba Geranium" is familiar with early works by coonie. |
 花器は上と下の作品とで、 3点シリーズになっています。 The vase is a three-piece series with the upper and lower works. |

最近、春夏の庭は、私の花のドローイング制作のためにあるのではないかと思います。
庭そのものは、料理が終わったキッチンのよう...。
その世話をするのは、Rで、キッチンでの片付けを主にするのもRです。
彼は、私にとっては、縁の下の力持ちなのでしょう。

Recently, I think the spring-summer garden is for my flower drawing creation.
The garden itself is like a kitchen after cooking ...
It is R who takes care of it, and it is also R who mainly cleans up in the kitchen.
He must be an unsung hero (unthankful task) for me.
