ここには色々な柄の鯉がいます。
尾がひらひらとドレスの裾のような鯉もいます。
来るたびに、'初めて見る'と思う鯉がいます。

Carp
There are various patterns of carp here.
Some carp have a fluttering tail looking like the hem of a dress.
Every time I come, there is a carp that I think I see for the first time.

| キンクロハジロは、黒と白のコントラストが印象的です。 以前見たときは、黒と白のコントラストに目を奪われました。 今回、クチバシが青いことに気がつきました。 Tufted Duck・Male Tufted Duck has an impressive contrast between black and white. When I saw it before, the contrast grabbed my attention. This time, I noticed that the beak is blue.  キンクロハジロ・メス メスのクチバシの先も少し青いです。 Tufted Duck・Female The tip of the female beak is also a little blue. |

日頃からRは、散策やサイクリングをよくしています。
夫婦池は道路沿いなので、彼は何度も通りすがりに眺め、亀の存在を知っていました。
Rは私に夫婦池の亀を見せたがっていました。
私は昨年初めて夫婦池を訪れ、今まで一度も亀の姿を見たことがあリませんでした。
が、この日、初めて夫婦池の亀を見、この日、人生初、亀の甲羅干しを見たのです。

It is the first time
Regularly R goes for walks and cycling.
Since Married Couple Pond is along the road, he passed by many times and knew the existence of the turtles.
R had wanted to show me the turtles in the Pond.
I visited the Pond for the first time last year but had never seen a turtle here before.
However, on this day, I saw turtles in the Pond for the first time, and I saw the turtle's shell bask for the first time in my life.

 海亀の優雅な泳ぎにくらねると ぎこちない泳ぎに感じられます。 でもそのぎこちなさが愛おしい....。 I feel their swimming is laborious when compared to the elegant swimming of sea turtles. |
But I love that awkwardness .... 綺麗な甲羅の模様です。 顔の赤がインディアンの化粧を彷彿させます。 It is a beautiful shell pattern. The red face is reminiscent of Indian makeup. |

| 私には、母亀が子亀に泳ぎを教えているように見えました。 For me, a mother turtle seemed to teach a baby turtle to swim.  お手本を見せて.... Set an Example ...  どうするかを教えています.... The mother is teaching the baby what to do ...  でも子亀は沈んで行く.... 見ているこちら側が心配になります。 The baby turtle is sinking. I'm worried about the baby. |

| 親子亀と鯉 私は親子亀と思いました。 ですが.... 亀は卵生で、子供は自力で成長すると理解しています。 見た感じは親子ですが、カップルの可能性が高いかと思います。 クサガメの場合、大き方がメス、小さい方がオスのようです。 Parent and Child Turtles and Carp I thought they were parent and child turtles. However... I understand that turtles are oviparous and children grow on their own. They look like parent and child turtles, but I think it's more likely to be a couple. In the case of Reeve's Turtle, the larger one is female and the smaller one is male. |
夫婦池は小さな動物園のようで、楽しいです。
そして動物園で抱く罪悪感がなく楽しめるのが嬉しい！
Married Couple Pond is like a small zoo and it's fun.
And I'm glad I can enjoy it without feeling guilty in a zoo!
