北鎌倉の『ギャラリー花眠』を出た後、私とRはレストラン、ビストロ  ラ ペクニコヴァに歩いてむかいました。

ペクニコヴァへの道は上り坂、峠を超える道という感じでしょうか？

初めて、北鎌倉駅からペクニコヴァへ歩いて向かった日は、大雨で、傘はさしていたものの、ペクニコヴァへついた時にはぐっしょりで、タオルを貸していただきました。

けれでも、この日は良いお天気で、気持ちよく山道を楽しむことはできました。

まあ、最後の方は、ちょっと息が上がり気味でしたけれど...(苦笑)。

カマツカ

山の緑に白い花が映えます。

白い花は、カマツカ (鎌柄) のようです。

バラ科と知ってちょっと驚きました。

Photinia Villosa

White flowers shine in the green of the mountain.

The white flowers seem to be Photinia Villosa.

I was a little surprised to know that it is in the Rosaceae family.

カマツカの名前は、材を鎌の柄に用いたことによるそうです。

After leaving "Gallery Kamin", Kita-Kamakura, Kanagawa Prefecture, I and R walked to a restaurant, Bistro La PEKNIKOVA.

The road to La PEKNIKOVA is uphill, and it is like a road that goes over a ridge.

The first time we walked from Kita-Kamakura Station to La Peknikova, it was in heavy rain and when we got there we were soaked even though we were holding umbrellas, the restaurant lent us towels.

However, on this day, the weather was fine  and we were able to enjoy the mountain trail comfortably.

Well, the last stage was a bit more breathy ... (Wry Smile).

少し山に入ったところに小さな公園(?)があります。

以前から、山の中へ入ってゆく道は知っていましたが、

実際に入って行ったのは初めでした。

山の中へ続く遊歩道のようなルートかと思いましたが

公園で、一般者はそこで行止りでした。

There is a small park (?) like an entrance to the mountain.

I already knew how to get into the mountains, but it was the first time I actually went.

I thought it was a route like a trail leading into the mountain,

but in the park, the general public stopped there.

Rの背丈と比べると高さがわかっていただけるでしょう。
You can see the height compared to the height of R.

新緑が美しい！/ Fresh Green is Beautiful!

秋には紅葉が綺麗なのでしょう。
I guess that the leaves will be beautiful in the autumn.

カメが地中に埋め込まれています。

庭作りに近いことをどなたかがしていらっしゃるのですね。

ここは自然のままのようで、違うことがこういうことで一目瞭然！

A earthenware pot is embedded in the ground.

Somebody tends to the garden.

It looks like it's a natural place, though the difference is obvious

by things like this.

藤
山の中に自然に咲いています。
藤の季節であることを知らされます。

Japanese Wisteria
Blooms naturally in the mountains.
We realized we were in the wisteria season.

下記、ウィキペディアより
"一般名称としての藤には、つるが右巻き（上から見て時計回り）と
左巻きの二種類がある。
右巻きの藤の標準和名は「フジ」または「ノダフジ」、
左巻きの藤の標準和名は「ヤマフジ」または「ノフジ」である
(牧野富太郎の命名による)。"
初めて、藤には左巻きと右巻きがあることを知りました。
牧野 富太郎 (1862 -1957)氏の名前を久しぶりに聞きました(見ました）。

According to Japanese Wikipedia about Fuji : Wisteria, (translate by me)

"There are two types of wisteria :

the vines can be right-handed (clockwise when viewed from above) 
and left-handed, counterclockwise.

The standard Japanese name of the right-handed wisteria is
 "Fuji" or "Noda Fuji", 
and the standard Japanese name of the left-handed wisteria is 

"Yama-Fuji" or "No-Fuji" (as named by Tomitaro Makino). "

It is only now that I found out that 
there are clockwise and anticlockwise growing patterns in Fuji : Wisteria.

I haven't heard the name of Tomitaro Makino (1862 -1957) for a long time.

芝桜ですよね？？？

どなたかの前庭に咲く芝桜。
ちょっと変わった芝桜です。
芝桜ですよね？？？

Shibazakura, isn't it? ? ?
Phlox Subulata : Shibazakura in Japanese,
 blooming in a front garden.
This Shibazakura is a little unusual???

セリ科の花だと思います。
私はセリ科の花が大好きです。

I think they are flowers of Umbelliferae.
I love the flowers of Umbeliferae family.

ペクニコヴァに到着！
