５月9日 、豊島屋洋菓子店 / New Sweet Shop in Kamakura, 9th of May, 2015

鎌倉といえば、豊島屋さんの鳩サブレ。
その豊島屋さんが4月23日に洋菓子専門店を若宮大路にオープンしました。

Toshimaya is famous for Hato shortbread in Kamakura.
They have just opened a Western sweets shop in Wakamiyao-ji, Kamakura,
23rd of April.

開店日に店の前を通ったときは、白い胡蝶蘭 (コチョウラン) に、
黄色い紙で鉢をラッピングしてありました。
鳩サブレの包装に合わせていたのです。
いろいろなところからお祝いの蘭でしたが、すべてお揃いでした。

We passed the shop when they first opened.
The white Phalaenopsis aphrodite in the pots with yellow colour wrapping
were in front of the shop.They matched the display with Hato shortbread packaging.

鶴岡八幡宮や大仏など、とても鎌倉パッキングです。

Tsurugaoka Hachiman-gu and Daibutsu  packaging really show Kamakura.
ケーキは東京風なデザイン。
贈答品としてスィーツを買ったので、
自分ではまだ食べていないのです。
食べていないけれど贈答品に使えるのは
老舗豊島屋さんへの信頼です！

The design of the cake is Tokyo style.
I bought some for presents, 
unfortunately I haven't eaten any yet.
 I havn't had it, although I could use it as presents,
because I trust Toshimaya which is an old established shop.
