夕焼けと月が美しい日 / The Day of Beautiful Sunset and Moon, 4th of November, 2014

この日の夕焼けは特別に奇麗でした。

なので、富士山がよく見える秘密のスポット？まで出かけました。

The sunset of the day was splendid.

Then we tried to look at Mt.Fuji from a secret (?) spot.

途中の景色も感動もの！
Even half way there the views are marvelous!

ここは我家から歩いて10分くらいのところ。Rが見つけました。
彼は何回か、富士山を見にここへ来ていましたが、私は初めてでした。

It takes 10 minutes on foot from our house to here. R had found the spot.
He has come here a few times to look at Mt.Fuji, although this was my first visit.

写真の方が実物より良いときと、実物の方が良い時とあります。
今日の場合はあきらかに実際の景色、実物の富士山が勝っています。

Sometime photographs are better than real things or views,
sometimes real things or views are better than photographs.
Today, obviously the real view was better than my photographs.

日が沈んで帰る道で見上げると、月も素敵でした。

今日はなんて恵まれた日でしょう！

On our way home after sunset, I looked up and the Moon was lovely too.

We had the special day!
