地図が好きなので新しい場所ではいつも地図を探してしまいます。

 Map for Children
I feel this map is lovely and art.
I love maps, so always I look for a map in a new place.

アイスクリームがどこで売っているとか、遊び場所はどこかとか、
カフェはどこかとか、こどもが興味を持つ場所が載っています。
カフェ探しをする私達にも役にたつものであったのに、
島にいる時は気がつきませんでした。

This map shows where you can buy ice cream, where is a playground 
and where cafes are, interesting places for children.
It would have been useful for us when looking for cafes,
although we did not notice when we were in the islands.

日本語版のパンフ : ★
ヘルシンキの観光地はいろいろなところで日本語版が用意されていました。
日本人観光客が多いことが察しられます。

Leaflet in Japanese 
Many tourist spots in Helsinki have something in Japanese.
I understand many Japanese tourists come.

ブルールート

スオメンリンナ要塞は6つに渡っていますが、

2つの島を見て回る基本のコースが、青い太線で表示され 、

ブルールートになっています。

私達が利用したメインのフェリーの他にも

水上バスがあり、他の島へも行けるようでした。

Blue Route 

The fortress of Suomenlinna was built on 6 islands, 

although a basic route guides us on two islands 

which the bold blue line shows us Blue Route.

We used the main ferry, there are other water buses to other quays.

'ザンデル要塞' 

島 (KUSTAANMIEKK) の最南部に、ヘルシンキで最も古い建物のひとつ、

'ザンデル要塞' があります。

そこにはトンネルもあり、おもしろそうな場所ですが、

私達はそのことを知らなくて行きませんでした。
遺跡としても価値が高いものであったのに非常に残念です。

ブルールートはその手前で曲がってしまっていて

冊子には'ザンデル要塞' の表示がないのです。

'ザンデル要塞'は夏季のみ公開されているので

おそらく、メインコースには含まれないのでしょう。

 'Bastion Zander'

'Bastion Zander' is one of oldest buildings in Helsinki 

which is at the most southerly point of the Island (KUSTAANMIEKK).

There are tunnels which look interesting, although we did not know about them,

so we did not go.

The Blue Route curves just before 'Bastion Zander' and 

the leaflet does not have the name.
The interest value as a ruin is high, so it is very sorry to us.

 'Bastion Zander' opens only in the summer season,

so probably the main route does not include.

スオメンリンナの要塞の始まりは、1748 年。

スウェーデン王国統治下(1155 - 1809) のフィンランドで、
アウグスティン・エーレンスヴァルド/ Augustin Ehrensvärd (1710 -1772)
の指揮により、ロシアに対抗するための海上要塞の建設が始まります。

In Finland under the Kingdom of Sweden, the construction of the marine fortress begins against Russia by conduct of Augustin Ehrensvärd (1710 -1772).

However, we did not go this.

スオメンリンナ教会 / Suomenlinna Church

航空と海上交通用の灯台として1854年に建造され
現在でも稼働しています。
宗派はこの島が支配している国によって変わりました。
現在は、フィンランド福音ルター派。
'ヘルシンキ大聖堂'、'テンペリアウキオ教会'、
'ミュールマキ教会'と同様です。


It was built in 1854 as a lighthouse for aviation and marine traffic,
it still works today.
Its religious affiliation had been changed by dominatant countries.
Today it is part of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland.
This is the same as Helsinki Cathedral, Temppeliaukio Church 
and Myyrmäki Church.

トップが灯台の光の部分 / The top is the lighthouse part.

砲弾の形の柱を大きな鎖でつないだ柵がここが教会というよりも
要塞であったことを印象付けます。

The fences impressed us as a fortress rather than as a church
by the cannon shaped pillars connected with massive chains.

内部 / Inside

内部は比較的質素です。
美しいシャンデアに目が留まります。
綺麗だな〜と感動しつつ、撮影しました。
結果、何枚も撮ってしまいました。

Inside is relatively simple.
The beautiful chandelier caught my eyes. 
While I photographed I was impressed and I felt 'It is beautiful!'.
As a result, I had many photographs of the chandelier

ヘルシンキの美には、それぞれ違った個性があるものの、共通した美があり、
街に一体感があるように感じます。

I feel Beauty in Helsinki has its different individuality in each thing
as well as beauty is common to all, so the city has a sense of unity.

When I first looked at this I wondered what this is.



後方にこの写真があり、
何番の賛美歌が歌われるのかを知らせる、
賛美歌ナンバーズボード：'Hymn Board'であるとわかりました。

This photograph is on the back wall,
then I understand that is 'Hymn Board'.

こちらの写真は、 別の日に訪れた
'ヘルシンキ大聖堂'でのものです。

This is in Helsinki Cathedral.which we visited on another day.

Photographs show us every period.

教会の中にこういうものが展示されているのが
要塞の中の教会であったと感じさせますね。

グループまたは家族なら、予約をすると夏季期間中は
乗船可能のようです(有料)。

"Experience an 18th century sea adventure"
Set off on a memorable sea voyage to Suomenlinna’s coastal waters
by sailing in a 1700s atmosphere.
Sailing Diana offers a living experience of what it was once like to sail the ship. Participants can choose to assist the crew, who are dressed in 1700s uniforms,
in raising and lowering the sails.
The sailing season starts in May and continues on to the end of September.
Tours are organised on request for groups.
