1) 鶴岡八幡宮へ行く

八幡様への道で、"紅白"をみつけたので、
これはおめでたい！と思い、シャッターを思わずきりました。
When we were on our way to Tsurugaoka Hachiman-gu :
one of Shinto shrines in Kamakura,
I found this has red and white flowers and then I felt it was lucky, because in Japan, the combination of red and white is auspicious, so people use it for celebration or graduation and so on.

2) Kamoちゃんに合う/ Meeting Kamo Chan
Kamoちゃんが八幡様にくる前に、予定していたカフェ、風の杜が閉まってしまい、使用できませんでした。
近くの蕎麦屋で、彼女の幸せそうな顔を見ながら、少しの間でしたが、話ができて嬉しかったです。

私はKamoちゃんが着物姿であると思っていましたし、式に参加すると思っていたので、荷物になるであろう、お土産を用意しませんでした。
ですが、Kamoちゃんは着物姿な上に、北鎌倉から走ってきてなおかつ、私達に、お土産を用意していました。そのお土産袋にはたくさんの野菜やみそなど入っていて、申し訳ない気持ちになりました。
ありがとう、Kamoちゃん！

Meeting Kamo Chan
We did not use a cafe: 'Kaze no Mori' which we had planned as meeting place for Kamo Chan, because they were closed before she came there. We went to a soba restaurant which is quite close to the shrine.
We could see her happy face, talk and were pleased, even though it was only for a short time.

I thought that she would wear Kimono and take part in the wedding ceremony, so I did not prepare a souvenir for her which could be a burden.
However, she gave us a souvenir bag, even though she wear kimono and run from Kita-Kamakura!
Moreover, the bag had many vegetables and their products.
I am really sorry. Kamo Chan, thank you very much!

This makes me think she must work very hard and also the work makes her stronger and very healthy. Above all, the souvenir with her heart made me warm up.
3) 舞殿での結婚式 / Wedding Ceremony in Maiden
源 義経とへの思いを歌いながら静御前が頼朝の前で踊ったというお話があります。
その場が舞殿であったとよく伝えられますが、当時、この舞殿はありませでした。

現在は、"静の舞" が鎌倉まつりの時に、舞殿で披露されたり、他の行事に使用されます。

Wedding Ceremony in Maiden
They say that Sizuka Gozen or Lady Shizuka, was forced to dance for Minamoto no Yoritomo, who established Kamakura era, and then the Lady song about Minamoto no Yoshitune who was her boyfriend and Yoritomo's younger brother.
Often people say she danced in Maiden, although it is not true, because the Maiden was not there at that time.
Today, "Dance of Shizuka" shows people in Maiden in Kamakura Fastival and there is used for other events.
One of them is wedding ceremony.
