大丸神戸百貨店、公式サイト : ★
そこは、F社で先輩で、友人の海ちゃんが、私達のために探してくれたカフェでした。
海ちゃんのファッションショーについては下記。
神戸では、殆どの友人が、食事をする場所を探し、予約してくれていました。
Rの食の問題は、多くの人を驚かせ、その手を煩わせますが、友人たちは困りながらもふさわしいお店を選んでくれました。
本当にありがとうございました。
"cafe ゆとりの空間" は予約できないので、店の前の椅子で海ちゃんと待ち合わせ、そこでも楽しくおしゃべりをしました。
このカフェは、栗原はるみ (1947 -) さんのレシピによるお料理が提供されています。
スタッフの対応も非常によく、海ちゃんがよく利用するというのがわかります。
もちろん、お料理も美味しかったです。

季節のペーパー・ランチョンマット'
ランチョン・マット'は、和製英語です。 季節のお料理のレシピが印刷されているので、 海ちゃんはいつも持って帰るそうです。 私も持って帰ってきたはずなのですが、今いずこ？(笑)

Umi chan was my senior at F Company, is my friend and looked for the Cafe
for us.

In
Kobe, most friends looked for places to eat and made reservations.
The
food problem of R surprises a lot of people and bothers them,
but my friends have chosen suitable cafes.
I'm
really thankful to them.
"Cafe Yutori Space" cannot be booked, we met with Umi chan in the chairs in front of the Cafe, and we enjoyed chatting happily there as well.
This
cafe serves dishes using recipes of Harumi Kurihara (1947 -) who is a celebrity
homemaker and television personality in Japan.

The staff are very good, I understand why Umi chan
often uses there.
Of
course, the dishes were also delicious.

| グラタン 通常、グラタンには玉ねぎが入っていてRは食べられないのですが、 珍しいことにこのお店のグラタンはRが食べることができました。 (Rのために玉ねぎをぬいてくれたのかもしれません) 彼は非常にハッピーでした。 Gratin Usually, gratin has onions and R cannot eat, though unusually R can eat gratin in this cafe. (It may be that they cooked without onions for R.) He was very happy. |

2) パン屋巡り / Bakery Touring
A. 元町 / Motomachi
神戸はパン屋さんがとても多いのです。
そして、東京のようには高くなく、店内で低価格に驚かされます。
序奏として大丸百貨店の地下のパン屋：ポールボキューズ、ドンク、ポールを見て回りますが、何も購入せず....。
イスズベーカリー元町店で、友人Kさんオススメの、"トレロン"といくつかのおかずパンを購入、Rが欲しそうにしていたパンは他にもありましたが、まだ一軒めなので、控えました。
"トレロン"は、超ロング粗挽きソーセージと粒マスタードをフランスパン生地に包んでいます。
次は、"RIKI" に行きましたが、なんと、'売れ切れ'状態...夕方にもまだなっていないのに....すごい人気店であることを感じました。
残っていた4つのうち、2つを購入、Rが気に入ったので、翌朝、再び来訪しました。
そのときは、パンがたくさんありました！人もたくさん！
Rはたくさんあるパンをぼーっと見ているだけで、選ぶことができず、しばし、立ち往生、彼の目の前で、つぎからつぎから売れて行き、棚からパンが減って行きます。
「早く決めないと、みんな売れてしまうわよ！」
と声をかけると、彼はいそいで決め始め、どうにか、数種類のパンを購入できました。
翌朝、'リベンジ'したのは、"RIKI"だけでなく、14日にお休みをしていた "Boulangerie
La Lune (ブランジュリ
ラ・リュンヌ)"にも行き、いくつか購入しました。

Kobe has many bakeries.

they are not as high cost as in Tokyo, and we were surprised by the
low prices.
Firstly we looked around underground bakeries in Daimaru
Kobe Department Store : "Paul Bocuse", "DONQ", "Paul", but we did not buy anything.
At
'ISUZU bakery Motomachi branch', we bought "Trelon"
recommended by my friend K San and some bread.
R
wanted to buy more there, but we still decided to refrain from the
first one.
"Trelon"
is a super long coarsely ground sausage and grain mustard within
French bread dough.
Next,
we went to "RIKI", but it was almost all 'sold out' ... even
though it was just afternoon .... I felt it is a very popular
bakery.
Of
the four breads that remained, we bought two, R quite liked them, so we
visited again the following morning.
At
that time, there were lots of breads! Many people too!
R was just looking at lots of bread, he could not choose, he was stuck, as he was looking some were sold out, and bread would
disappear from the shelves.
"If
you do not decide quickly, everything would be sold!"
as I said, he began to decide at a hurry, somehow, we could purchase
several kinds of bread.
That morning we also went to "Boulangerie La Lune" which had
been on holiday on 14th, where we also bought some bread.

店構えの場所がありました。そこは、お店ではなく、
'神戸国際調理製菓顫音学校' / Ecole
CP（エコールセーペー）
でした。1985年設立。

B. 三宮 / Sannomiya
三宮駅周辺にある、複数のパン屋さんを来訪。
ケルンの食パン、ローゲンマイヤーのバゲットを購入しました。
神戸在住の友人達のおすすめのパン屋をすべて回ることはできませんでしたが、なかなかパン屋巡りは楽しめました。

We
visited some bakeries in Kobe-Sannomiya Station area.
We
bought a pan
loaf in “Köln” and a baguette in Rogen Meier.
Although
we could not catch all the recommended bakeries by my friends living in
Kobe,
I enjoyed the bakery touring.

I could not go to "Maison Murata" in Wada Point : Wada Misaki
which both bread-loving friends recommended.
C. 夙川 / Shukugawa
この日(14日)は、夕食を個展をしていたKaoriちゃんと夙川の貴味蛸さんで食事をしました。

貴味蛸については下記。
待ち合わせ時間ぎりぎりだったので、私はアンデルセン( 鎌倉にもあるし...)は素通りしましたが、Rは立ち寄っていました。
けれでも、時間が遅かったので、パンは少なくて、Rは何も買わずに貴味蛸さんにあとからやってきました。
Kaoriちゃんは初めての貴味蛸さん、すごく気に入ってくれて、また来たいと言っていました。よかった！
この晩、私は全く撮影しませんでした。
Shukugawa
On

“Kimitako” is about 3 to 5 minutes on foot from Hankyu Sukawa Station, there is
a bakery, 'ANDERSEN' between the Station and "Kimitako".

I passed the bakery (it is also in Kamakura ...) , because the
meeting time was near, although R popped in.
However,
R did not buy anything, because the time was late, the bread was very
few and he came later.
It
was first time Kaori had visited "Kimitako", she likes it very much
and said
"I want to come back again".

阪急夙川駅から阪急三宮駅に戻り、駅からホテルまで歩きました。
We returned from Hankyu Sukawa Station to Hankyu Sannomiya Station and walked from the Station to the hotel.

イルミネーション
大丸までくると、路沿いのイルミネーションが美しく、ああ綺麗！、
と感動したすぐあとで、このイルミネーションが目の前で消えました。

ホテルへ帰る前に、メリケンパークの夜景を見ようと思い、行きました。

世界一のツリーを目指して
根を含む高さ30m、樹齢およそ150年の木は"あすなろの木"と名付けられました。
特殊車両と大きな船を使い、その距離1000kmを経て、ここにやってきました。
神戸開港120年周年記念事業としてこのプロジェクトは実行されました。
どのように数えたかわかりませんが、最終的に140万人の来場者があったそうです。
Aiming
for No. 1 Tree in the World
The
tree is 30m height, including roots, about 150 years old, was
named "Asunaro no Tree".
"Asunaro
no Tree" was brought here from from Himi, Torama
Prefecture, 1,000
km away.
They used special
vehicles normally used for transporting Shinkansen and rockets
and a big ship.
This
project was kept on from a commemoration project of the
Kobe Port 150th Anniversary.
I do not know how they counted, but I heard that there were 1.4 million visitors.
