㉞ 2017年7月28日ヘルシンキ旅行 - 1) アテネウム美術館 - 建物 / Helsinki Trip - Ateneum Art Museum - Building , 28th of July, 2017

パンフレット/ Pamphlet

"ハカニエミ・マーケットホール / Hakaniemi Market Hall / Hakaniemen Kauppahalli" の後、'アテネウム美術館'に行きました。

'アテネウム美術館' は、ナショナル・ギャラリー (Finnish National Gallery) の1つで、ヘルシンキ中央駅近くにあります。

もともとこの美術館には 'カレワラ / Kalevala' 関係の作品を見に行くつもりでしたが、偶然にも、特別展としてアアルト展も開催されていました。

"アアルト自邸 / Aalto House" を見学した当日に、アアルト展: "ALVAR AALTO – ART AND THE MODERN FORM" (2017年5月11日 - 2017年9月24日 ) にも行くことができてラッキーでした。

After "Hakaniemi Market Hall / Hakaniemen Kauppahalli", we visited 'Ateneum Art Museum'.

The Museum is one of the museums of the Finnish National Gallery and is near the Helsinki Central Railway Station.

From the first, I would visit the Museum to look at works related to 'Kalevala', though they also had a special exhibition : "ALVAR AALTO – ART AND THE MODERN FORM"(11th of May 2017 – 24th of September, 2017), too.

It was lucky that on the day we visited "Aalto House", we could visit this Exhibition on the same day.

建物の正面には、多くのシンボルを含む像とレリーフで装飾されています。

館内の廊下で、大きな画像とともにそれらを説明しています。

空間の利用が上手だな〜と感じます。

残念ながら、私はそれらをじっくりと読む時間がありませんでした。

The facade of the building is decorated with statues
and reliefs which contain a lot of symbols.
There are explanations of them in a corridor of the Museum.
I feel they are good at using the space.
Unfortunately I did not have time for reading them carefully enough.

建物正面

スエーデン人の彫刻家、 Carl Eneas Sjöstrand (1828 -1906) の作品。

正面入り口の上に、3人の巨匠の胸像があります。

右から

イアタリア人の画家、ラファエロ・サンティ (1483 - 1520)

ギリシア人の彫刻家、ペイディアス (B.C.490 - B.C. 430)

イタリア人の建築家、ドナト・ブラマンテ (1444頃 - 1514)

Facade of the Building

By a Swedish sculptor, Carl Eneas Sjöstrand (1828 -1906).

There are three busts of great masters above the main entrance.

From the right

An Italian painter, Ra phael (1483 - 1520)

A Greece sculptor, Phidias (B.C.490 - B.C. 430)

An Italian architect, Donato Bramante (1444頃 - 1514)

廊下の両端には、女人像柱(カリアティード)のドローイングが展示されています。
そのサイズは、おそらく
建物正面3階で破風(ハフ / ペディメント / pediment)を支えている、
女人像柱と等身大なのではないかと思います。

The drawings of caryatids are displayed at each end of the corridor.
I think the size is the size of the caryatids which support the pediment
on the third floor in the facade of the building.
