2017年4月6日

ウグイス（鶯) の撮影ができました。

"声はすれども姿なし"の鳥、時には姿を見せてくれますが、

カメラを用意すると、気取られていなくなってしまいます。

この日は、ラッキーです。

I took photographs of Uguisu : Japanese Bush Warbler.

Often people say about Uguisu, 

"We listen to a voice, however, never see its figure",

on occasion the birds shows us their form 

although when I pointed my camera to them,

 instantaneously they have gone.

This day was lucky.

霧に包まれる

時折、こんなふうに霧に包まれる日があります。

We were enveloped in a mist.
Sometimes we have days with fog like this.

3) 桜 / Cherry Blossoms

2017年3月10日

庭のさくらんぼ(実桜)の木に桜が咲き始めました。

10th of March, 2017
The Cherry tree started to blossom.

サクランボの実はいつもリスと鳥たちに食べられてしまい、
食べたことがありません。

The fruits, cherries are eaten by squirrels and birds,
so we haven't eaten any yet.

家の前のソメイヨシノも咲き始めました。

 3rd of April
Somei-yoshino / Yoshino Cherry in front of our house, started to blossom.

 4月3日

毎年、庭の同じ場所で フリージア が咲き、春を感じさせてくれます。

今年は、とてもきらびやかに咲きました。

独り者が急に大家族を得たような変わりぶりでした。

花言葉
フリージアの花言葉は、花の色によって違うのだそうです。

下記Wikiより

"白はあどけなさ、黄は無邪気、赤は純潔、紫はあこがれ、淡紫は感受性を表す。"

白と黄色だけかと思っていました。

他の色は病気に弱いそうなので、あまり目にしないのでしょう。

黄色が強いのは、我が家の庭のフリージアでよくわかります。

 3rd of April

The Freesia blossoms at the same place in our garden 
which tells us spring.
This year, it blossomed very healthily.
It looked like a single person had a big family suddenly.

Language of Flowers
Freesia in the language of flower is different by colour.
According to Japanese Wiki below (I translate myself),
"The white is innocence, the yellow is naive, the red is chastity,
the purple is yearning and the pale purple is sensibility. "
I thought Freesia was just yellow and white.
The other colours are weak against disease, so we might not see them so much.

The yellow one is strong which I really understand from our Freesia in the garden.

昨年は元気がなかったブルーベリーでしたが、

今年は元気そうです。

The blueberry had been weaker, though it is cheerful this year.

My Exhibition overlapped with my birthday,
so presents were more than in a normal year.
