今日は個展を通して友人になった、YumieちゃんとMichiruちゃんが鎌倉山の自宅へ遊びにきてくれました。
二人とも、私の個展の際、作品の撮影をしてくださり、写真をブログに提供してくださいました。
ありがとうございました。
私が友人を自宅へ招く時には、ほとんど自分の料理の撮影はしません。
今回は、ジュエリーデザイナーのMichiruちゃんが撮影してくれました。
下の写真は、すべて彼女の写真です。
実際のお料理よりも、ぐ〜〜〜んと見栄え良く、美味しそうに写してくれています。

Friend's Photographs
Today, Yumie and Michiru, who became friends through my exhibitions, came to visit me at my home in Kamakurayama.
Both of them took pictures of my work in my exhibition and provided the photographs to my blog.
Thank you very much.
When I invite my friends to my house, I almost never take pictures of my cooking.
This time, a jewelry designer, Michiru took the photographs.
All the pictures below are by her.
They look better than the actual food, and they look delicious.

| ミートローフ 写真の料理の本は、祖母の本でした。 このミートローフのレシピは、祖母から受け継いで いるように思います。 今日は、ゲストが女性二人なので、いつもよりも量を 少なめに作りました。 Meatloaf The cookbook in the picture was my grandmother's. I think I inherited this meatloaf recipe from her. Today, I have two lady guests, so I made it smaller than usual. |
2) お土産 / Souvenirs
Yumieちゃんからは、会うたびに、たくさんの素敵なお土産をいただきます。
それらは、私が今まで見たことがないものが多く、彼女のアンテナの高さとセンスの良さ、そして暖かな気持ちを感じます。

Souvenirs
Every time we meet, Yumie gives me many lovely souvenirs.
Many of them are things I have never seen before, and I can feel that she has her ear to the ground, good sense, and a warm heart.

YumieちゃんとMichiruちゃんは、この日、初めて会いました。
私たちは、楽しい会話、美味しいワインとともに、良い時間を過ごしたと思います。
日帰りの予定でしたが、Michiruちゃんは、泊まっていただきました。
お泊まりの準備をした記憶がありませんでした(笑)が、翌日彼女が
「coonieさん、ちゃんと用意してくれましたよ」
と言ってくれたので、ちょっと安心しました。

Yumie and Michiru met for the first time today.
I think we had a good time together with pleasant conversation and delicious wines.
We had planned a day trip, but Michiru stayed overnight.
I had no memory of preparing for her sleepover (laugh), but the next day she said
"coonie, you prepared it well."
I was a little relieved when she said that.

二人とも、忙しい時間の中、この日を作ってくれました。
素敵な時間を過ごしました。
二人もそう思ってくれているといいな〜！
