Nursery 

(養殖場 / 苗場)

養殖場、苗場を意味する英語の'Nursery'は、幼稚園という意味もあり、いつもNurseryに来るとそのことを思い、心がほっこりします。

クリストファー•ハミルトン•ロイド/ Lloyd Hamilton Christopher (1921 - 2006)は、
墓場を思わせるというのが、ひとつの理由でラベルが嫌いなのです。

ですが、さすがにここにはあります。

ここでは、そのラベルが私には幼稚園生の名札に思えて、かわいらしい気がします。

Nursery in English has another meaning which is a kindergarten.

When I come across any Nursery, it reminds me of the other meaning which warms my heart. 

Christopher Hamilton Lloyd (1921 - 2006) hated labels, one of the reasons was that they reminded him of a cemetery, however,  the Nursery does have them, as people would expect. 

In Japan, nursery school children have name cards on their uniform.

Here, for me, the labels look like children's name cards  and then I feel they are lovely. 

通常の庭から入ってくる部分は、苗場への導入が穏やかにされています。
The entrance from normal garden introduces the nursery gently.

温室 / Greenhouse

雰囲気を壊しかねない設備に配慮がされています。
They take care not to have equipment which 
breaks the garden atmosphere.

『オズの魔法使い』(ライマン•フランク•ボーム作)
に出てくるイエローブリックロード
(黄色いボロックの道)を思い出しました。
きっと地面がぬかるんだ時のために作られたのでしょう。

This brick path reminded me of the 'Yellow Brick Road' in
"The Wonderful Wizard of Oz" (by L.Frank Baum).
Probably they made it for when here is muddy. 

周囲の花の色も私に上記のことを思い出させたのかもしれません。

The surrounding flowers might also affect my thought of  
 'Yellow Brick Road', too.

これは何ですかあ〜？
What is this~ ?
