1) 一歩一歩 / Step by Step
珍しく、夫Rが朝早く起きました。
日差しも明るい朝、外出日和でした。
「朝の散歩に出よう！久しぶりに海に行こう！」
と思いたち、二人で外出の準備を始めました。
「帰りに西友によって買い物もして、一石二鳥！」
七里ヶ浜の海には4月の末に行ったのが最後でした。
ですがお天気が変化し、雨が降りそう....
日頃傘を持たないで出かけるRでさえも、傘を用意しました。
体が重く感じ、かなり運動不足であったことを認識し、海まで行くことを諦めました。
今日は、鎌倉山散策をしつつ、七里ヶ浜へゆくコースにしました。
最近、七里ヶ浜住宅街の西友へ出かけても、最短コースを使用し、
鎌倉山散策にもなる、通常の道のりを歩いていませんでした。
無理をせず、いつもの私のやり方、"一歩一歩！" です(笑)。

| ネムノキ？ 我が家の敷地から公道へネムノキ (合歓木、合歓の木) らしき木が 育っています。 どこかの段階で処置を考えなくてはなりません。 漢字：'合歓木 'は、中国においてネムノキが 夫婦円満の象徴とされていることから付けられたものだそうです。 それを知ってしまうと処置の判断がより一層迷います...。 とにかく、今しばらくは放置します。 Silk Tree? A tree, which seems to be a Silk Tree (Albizia Julibrissin), is growing from our garden to the public road. We have to think about the treatment at some stage. Anyway we will leave this for a while. |
Step by Step
Unusually, my husband R got up early in the morning.
It was a lovely day to go out in the morning when the sun was bright.
"Let's go for a morning walk!
Let's go to the sea for the first time in a long time!"
So we started preparing to go out together.
"We can pop in Seiyu supermarket on the way home from the sea, and this is Killing Two Birds with One Stone!"
The last time we went to the sea of Shichirigahama Beach was at the end of April.
But before we left, the weather was changing and it looked like it was going to rain ...
Even R, who usually goes out without an umbrella, prepared an umbrella.
I felt my body was heavy and I realized that I was quite lacking in exercise, so I gave up the idea of going to the sea.
So today, I decided to go to Shichirigahama residential area while taking a walk in Kamakurayama.
Recently, even when we went to Seiyu in the Shichirigahama residential area, we have used the shortest course and did not take our usual walk around Kamakurayama.
Let's not overdo it, my phrase "Step by Step!" (Laugh)
2) アカンサス装飾 / Acanthus Ornament
そのアカンサスは、一度しか咲いたことがありません。
咲いた時に初めて、その植物がアカンサスであることに気がつきました。
Wikiで下のように説明され、'アカンサス装飾'のことを知りました。
アカンサスをモチーフとした柄は絨毯にもしばしば用いられ、ビザンチンリーフとして知られる。"
'アカンサス装飾'は、ウィリアムモリスの壁紙のデザインや英国のポストのデザイン、絵画、壺などさまざまなものに使用されています。
アカンサスを気に留めるようになってから、英国でも日本でもアカンサスが多くの場所にあることに気がつきました。
撮影もその都度しています。
私にとって、少し特別な植物です。
因みに、Rはアカンサスが好きではないので、関心はありません。

Acanthus Ornament
There is an Acanthus in our garden.
The Acanthus has only bloomed once.
Only when it bloomed did I realize that the plant is Acanthus.
According to wiki about Acanthus,
"Acanthus leaves were the aesthetic basis for capitals in the Corinthian order of architecture; see acanthus (ornament)."
I had found out about 'Acanthus Ornament'.
'Acanthus Ornament'' is used in William Morris wallpaper designs, British Pillar Box designs, paintings, vases and much more.
Since I started to pay attention to Acanthus, I have noticed that Acanthus is in many places in both Britain and Japan.
I photograph each time.
Acanthus is a little special for me.
By the way, R doesn't like Acanthus, so he is not interested in it.

3) 新しいカフェ / New Cafe
自宅近くには、スーパーもコンビニもありません。
なので、今日も七里ヶ浜住宅街の西友へ買い物に行くわけですね。
その辺鄙な環境に、最近、新しいカフェが、それも本屋さん兼カフェができました。
建物や庭が作られている時からおしゃれな雰囲気を醸し出していました。
庭の写真は数回撮っています。
そこがカフェであることは鎌倉山の知人から、聞きました。
今日は寄ってみましたが、残念なことに定休日でした。
定休日は、火曜日と水曜日です。

New Cafe
There are no supermarkets or convenience stores near our house.
So, we were going to shop in Seiyu in Shichirigahama residential area today.
In our remote environment, recently a new cafe has opened! the cafe is with a bookshop!
It has created a fashionable atmosphere since the building and a garden were built.
I have taken pictures of the garden several times.
We heard from a Kamakurayama acquaintance that it is a cafe.
We stopped by today, but unfortunately it was a regular holiday.
Regular holidays are Tuesday and Wednesday.

| アガパンサスでしょうか？ 私は、英国でアガパンサスが好きになりました。 ヒバンガナ科であることを知りました。 そういえば、ヒガンバナの花に似てますね。 けれども、色が違うと印象が随分違います。 Are they Agapanthus? I fell in love with Agapanthus in Britain. I found out that it belongs to the Amaryllidaceae family. Oh! Yes! It looks like a Red Spider Lily (Amaryllidaceae family) flower. |

| モントブレチア モントブレチアをとても久しぶりに見ました。 私は、'モンブリシア'と記憶していましたが、 モントブレチアと日本語表記するようです。 そのほかに、クロコスミア、ヒメトウショウブ (姫唐菖蒲) ヒメヒオウギズイセン( 姫檜扇水仙)とも呼ばれるようです。 私は野生の花のイメージがします。 元は、南アフリカ原産で、園芸種に改良されました。 現在、日本では、野生化しているそうです。 この写真のモンブリシアも道端で咲いています。 Montbretia I saw Montbretia for the first time in a long time. Montbretia is also known as Crocosmia. I have the image of a wild flower. Originally native to South Africa, it has been improved into a horticultural species. It is now wild in Japan. Montbretia in these photographs is also blooming at the roadside.  下記、Wikiより。 "モントブレチアの語源は植物学者 エルネスト・コクベール・ド・モンブレ(1780 -1801) への献名"です。 osme (香り)" に由来します。 From Japanese Wiki below. 今日は相模湾までは行きませんが、見ることはできます。
We wouldn't go to Sagami Bay today, but we can see it.
