2) スペアミント / Spearmint
初めてスペアミントの苗を植えました。
スペアミントを選んだのは、夫Rのためでした。
コロナウィルス蔓延(COVID-19)のために昨年からずっとRは日本での生活を続けています。
予定されていた6月の渡英も再び来年まで延期されました。
現在、庭は主に彼が世話をしています。
彼の楽しみを増やすために、彼の好きな食用できる植物を育てたら良いのではと考え、ミニトマトやスペアミント、スィートバジル」の苗を買いました。
私は食用の植物の苗を購入し、育てるのは初めてでした。
本日、初めてスペアミントを摘みました。
その後、Rが、お皿に素敵に活けてくれました。
Spearmint
We planted Spearmint seedlings for the first time.
I chose spearmint for my husband R.
Due to the coronavirus epidemic (COVID-19), R has been living in Japan since last year.
His scheduled trip to Britain in June has also been postponed until next year.
Currently, our garden is mainly taken care of by him.
To increase his enjoyment, I thought it would be good to grow his favourite edible plants, so I bought cherry tomatoes, spearmint, and sweet basil seedlings.
It was my first time to buy and grow edible plant seedlings.
I picked Spearmint for the first time today.
After that, R lovely put it in a bowl.

| 夏休暇 Rが作ったフルーツサラダ。 タイトルは私がつけました。 小皿は私の磁器作品：水玉シリーズの1つです。 水玉シリーズは、学生時代から続けています。 Summer Holiday R made a Fruit Salad. The title was named by me. The small plate is one of my porcelain works: Polka Dot series. My Polka Dot series has been going on since I was a student. |
