英国から本帰国する際に、住う場所として軽井沢も勧められ、候補にあがってはいましたが、結局私と夫Rは鎌倉に住みました。
軽井沢と東京を行き来する友人IRさんがいます。
以前より軽井沢へ誘いを受けており、私もRも行ってみたいと思っていました。
ようやく、この日、実現できました。
Rは、初めて軽井沢に行きました。
12月9-11日、二泊三日の旅行で、目的はIRさんがを訪ねることでした。
たくさんの撮影しましたが、保管中に失って、あまりありません。
9日分は全くありません。

Karuizawa
When I returned home from Britain, Karuizawa, Nagano Prefecture was recommended as one of the possible places to live, but in the end I and my husband R lived in Kamakura, Japan.
I have a friend IR who goes back and forth between Karuizawa and Tokyo.
We have been invited to Karuizawa for a long time, and we wanted to go there.
Finally, it was possible on this day.
R visited Karuizawa for the first time.
On 9-11th of December, a two-night, three-day trip, the purpose was for meeting IR.
I took a lot of photographs, but I lost them during storage, so there aren't many.
There are no photographs of 9th.
2) 9日 / 9th
A. RIさんの車で / By RI's Car
北陸新幹線のおかげで、東京ー軽井沢間は、とても便利に速く行き来できるようになりました。
軽井沢駅にRIさんが車で迎えにいらしてくださっていました。
9.10日は、彼女の車で案内してもらいました。
彼女の計画は時間配分からお店の選択まで行き届いていて、流石に社長秘書を長年努めた方であるとあらためて感じました。
彼女は、車を複数で共有する新しい形態で利用していました。
その新しい形態にも驚き、また、新しい物を上手に生活に活かせる彼女に尊敬の念を抱きました。
彼女が懇意にしている、カフェ・レストラン、"オキザリス" でランチを取りました。
オキザリスは私の好きな花、それだけでも嬉しくなります。
そのレストランには、彼女が贈った私のリトグラフ作品 (下の画像) が飾ってあります。

"シダ" シリーズ の1つ 写真は、"Coonie's Space Quest in Kamakura, 2015" での展示。 レストランでも撮影しましたが、それは前述したように 失ってしまいましたので、この写真を使用します。 One of "Fern" Series The photograph was in my Exhibition, "Coonie's Space Quest in Kamakura, 2015". By RI's Car
Thanks to the Hokuriku Shinkansen, it has become very convenient and fast to travel between Tokyo and Karuizawa.
RI was picking us up at Karuizawa station by car.
We were guided by her car on 9th and 10th.
Her plans were thorough from time allocation to shop selection, and I felt again that she was a long-time presidential secretary.
She was using a new form of sharing a car with some people.
I was surprised at the new form, and I respected her who can make good use of new things in her life.
We had lunch at a cafe restaurant, "Oxalis", who are her friends.
Oxalis is my favourite flower, which makes me happy.
My lithograph work (above) which she presented to them, is displayed in the restaurant.
B. オキザリス / Oxalis
"オキザリス" には、ストーブの暖かさとオーナーカップルの暖かさがあります。
'地元に馴染んだ感' がそこかしこにあり、地元の方々に愛されているレストランであることを感じました。
新緑・紅葉で有名な雲場池(クモバイケ)が近いので、観光客にも利用しやすい場所でありますが、観光客よりも地元民利用が多いのかもしれません。
誠実に作られた美味しいランチだと感じました。
ボリュームもしっかりとあり、食いしん坊の私も満足しました。
Rの食の問題も解決して、彼も喜んでランチをいただきました。
フレンチトーストが有名なのですが、RIさんも私も甘いものは苦手なので、Rだけ、ランチ後に食べました。
その時の軽井沢は、紅葉シーズンには遅く、雪には早い時期だったので、通常よりは静かであるようでした。
が、その時は私達だけで、雲場池へ行く時は、車をそこへ置かせてくれました。

オキザリスは、木曜日以外はやっていますが、急にお休みしたり、早く閉店したり、貸切にすることがあるので、Facebookか電話 (0267- 42 - 4442)で確認するのが良いと思います。

Oxalis
"Oxalis" has the warmth of a stove and the warmth of the owner couple.
There is a feeling of being familiar with the local area, and I felt that it is a restaurant loved by the local people.
The restaurant is a place that is easy for tourists to use because it is close to Kumoba Pond, which is famous for its fresh green and autumn colours, but it may be used by locals more than tourists.
I felt it was a delicious lunch made in good faith.
The volume was enough, and I was satisfied as a glutton.
They solved R's food problem and he was happy having lunch.
French toast is famous, but RI and I are not good at sweets, so only R ate it after lunch.
Karuizawa at that time seemed to be quieter than usual because it was late in the autumn leaves season and early for snow.
However, at that time, we were the only ones, and when we went to Kumoba Pond, they let us leave our car there.

Oxalis is open except Thursdays, but it may be closed suddenly, closed early, or reserved, so it's a good idea to check on Facebook or phone (0267- 42 - 4442).
C. 雲場池 / Kumoba Pond
雲場池は、紅葉には遅すぎはしたものの、景色を楽しみました。(写真は失ってます...何度も書いてしまう！)
Kumoba Pond was too late for the autumn colours, but I enjoyed the scenery. (I've lost my photo ... I write this many times!)

| 雲場池園地案内板 別荘地軽井沢の開発の中で生まれた人造湖です。 ですが、細長い形状から、ダイダラボッチという 巨人の足跡という伝説があるそうで、おもしろいな〜と思います。 Kumoba Pond Park Guide Board It is a reservoir created during the development of the villa area Karuizawa. 当然、私は、池の実際の歴史よりも、伝説、'ダイダラボッチという巨人の足跡'に惹かれます。
Naturally, I'm more drawn to the legend,' Footprints of the Giant Daidarabotchi', than to the actual history of the pond.

"大入道" 『怪談百鬼図会』より 画 : 勝川 春章 (カツカワ シュンショウ/ 1726 -1743) 勝川春英 (カツカワ シュンエイ / 1762 -1819) ダイダラボッチのイメージに近いものと考えられています。 この絵は風俗 (民族) 研究家・江馬務 (エマ ツトム / 1884 - 1974) が 原本より引用 (コピー)しました。 "Onyudo" from "Kaidan Hyakuki Zue" by Katsukawa Shunshō (1726 -1743) and Katsukawa Shunei (1762 -1819). ダイダラボッチは、各地で呼び名が違うので、実はたくさんの呼び名: ★を持っています。
Daidarabotchi has different names in various places, so it actually has many names.
