初めて宮崎恵子さんに会場でお会いしました。
初めて作品もこの日に見ました。
洗練された落ち着いた世界が描かれた作品群でした。
作品は和紙を使用した木版画です。
私は次回の自分の個展に和紙を使用してみようかと思い始め、使い始めたところでした。
木版画も興味が出始めたところでした。
宮崎さんとお話をしていたら、教えてくださるとの、ありがたいお言葉！
版画教室に通うような定期的な形でなく、ゆるゆると無理なく進めていく方向で彼女から学べる機会が来年からありそうです。
(結果的にはコロナ禍の世の中になり、彼女の家を訪問する機会は持てませんでした）
ギャラリー412 (Galerie412) のメインスタッフのChizukaさんも私の場合は、そんな形で学ぶ方が良いのではないかとおしゃってくださいました。
私にとっては、リトグラフもドローイングも陶芸をサポートする方法であるので、木版画もその1つになるのではないかと、今は思っています。
最終的には、それれらが何らかの形で1つにまとめて表現できる方法を見つけられると良いと思います。
ですが、それは目に見える形で実現しなくとも内面的に融合してくれれば、私にとっては十分有益なことです。

For the first time I met Keiko Miyazaki at the venue.
For the first time I saw the work on this day.
It was a group of works depicting a sophisticated and calm world.
The works are woodblock prints using Washi ; Japanese paper.
I had started thinking about using Washi for my next exhibition, and
I was just beginning to use it.
I was just beginning to get interested in woodblock printing.
When I talked with her, she said she would show me how to use woodblocks or how to use Washi.
I said Thank you!
Chizuka, the main staff of Galerie412 also said that in my case, it would be better to learn in that way.
It seems that there will be an opportunity to learn from her slowly and reasonably from next year, rather than regularly attending a print class.
(In fact, we were in Covid-19 pandemic and I did not have the opportunity to visit her house.)
For me, lithographs and drawings are both ways to support ceramics, and I'm wondering if woodblock prints will be one of them.
Ultimately, it would be nice to find a way to express them all together in some way.
However, it would be beneficial enough for me if woodblock print could be integrated in my inside even if it was not realized in a concrete form.
