元のマリーバーン駅/ Maliebaan stationにあります。
私達の宿泊所は、鉄道博物館も徒歩圏内であり、

この日は、お天気も良いので、宿泊所から直接歩いて向かいました。

The  Railway Museum  / Het Spoorwegmuseum is located southeast of the city centre of Utrecht , in the former Maliebaan station.

Our accommodation is within walking distance from the Railway Museum,

and on this day, the weather was good,

so we walked directly from our accommodation.

Our accommodation was north of Dom Tower.

駅舎 / Station Building

鉄道博物館 (Het Spoorwegmuseum) は1954年に

マリーバーン駅 (Maliebaan station) 跡地に開館されました。

駅舎は、大幅な改修工事のために、2003年に閉鎖され、取り壊され、

2005年に19世紀当時の外観にほぼ復元され、博物館は再開されました。

The Railway Museum was opened on the site of

the former railway station, Maliebaan station.

The station building was dismantled in 2003,

and then largely restored to the way it looked in the 19th century

and the Museum was reopened in 2005.

この駅舎は来場者が、1874年に駅が完成し、
初めてきた旅行者の気分になるように作られています。

The station building is designed to give visitors the feeling of a first-time traveller
when the station was completed in 1874.

荷物預かり所が再現されています。
小さなカフェがあります。

There is a small cafe.

"Bestijg de trein nooit zonder uw valies met dromen"
と壁に書かれていて、おそらく、これは、
"夢が詰まったスーツケースなしで電車に乗るな"
というような意味ではないかと思います。
列車が主に通勤でなく、旅に使用されていたことが感じられますし、
ロマンティックなフレーズにも感じられます。

On the wall is written 

"Bestijg de trein nooit zonder uw valies met dromen",

and this probably means 
"Don't catch a train without your suitcase full of dreams".

I think that the train was mainly used for travelling instead of commuting,

and also I feel the romance in this phrase.

この時計がなぜ展示されているのかはわかりません。

正確な駅の時計だったということでしょうか？

I don't know why this clock is on display.

デン・ハーグ / The Hagueの "シュターツポール / Staatsspoor駅" から

"王室の待合室" がやってきました。

シュターツポール駅は1973年に取り壊されました。

The "Royal Waiting Room" moved here from 

the "Staatsspoor" railway station in The Hague.

The Staatsspoor railway station was demolished in 1973.
