本日、姉Yが鎌倉を訪れたので、鎌倉の友人Sさんと一緒にランチをとりました。
お店は、Sさんが探していただいた "とみやま" です。

Rが英国から戻ったら彼も連れてきてあげようと思い、予約の電話で彼の名前(姓)を言いました。
初めて伺うお店だったのに関わらず、私たちを知っていて、とてもびっくり！
"とみやま" のシェフ(板前さん）は、以前、"鎌倉山倶楽部" で腕をふるっていた方でした。
私とRが結婚した日のディナーを"鎌倉山倶楽部" で、作っていただいた方でもあります。
鎌倉市内でも私たちを見かけたという話を電話できき、どこで？ 私たちは何をしていたのかしら？と少々不安に思いました...本当に世間は狭い....。

"とみやま" の場所
奇遇にもこの場所は、ずいぶん前に、"ランティミテ" のシェフにオススメされた
日本料理のお店があったところです。
私がそのお店に行く前に、"とみおか" に代わっていました。
そしてまた "ランティミテ"も閉店しています。
"ランティミテ"は、茅ヶ崎に移動し、現在、ケータリングのお店：
"L'intimité
nomade / ランティミテ
ノマド" になっています。

this place was another Japanese restaurant which
was
recommended by a chef of "L'intimité" a long time ago.
Before
I visited the Japanese restaurant,
it
was changed to "Tomiyama".
And
"L'intimité" was also closed.

Today my sister Y visited me in Kamakura, so I had a lunch with my friend S San of Kamakura as well.
The restaurant is "Tomiyama" that S San researched.
Official Website : ★ only in Japanese.
I thought I would take R after returning from the UK to the restaurant, so I used his surname on the reservation phone.
Regardless of not having visited the restaurant, they knew us and I was very surprised!
The chef of "Tomiyama" was the previous chef in a restaurant, "Kamakurayama Club": ★.
He is also the chef who cooked our dinner in the restaurant on the day we married.
On the phone I also heard that the chef had seem us in Kamakura city
and I wondered where it was? and what we were doing? I was a little worried ... indeed the world is small .....

| 入り口(2階) ランチのおまかせコースは、予約が必要ですが、 海鮮類のどんぶりものは予約はいりません。 私はおまかせコースを予約しました。 Entrance on the First Floor (2 Level) Although reservation is necessary for lunch the dishes depend on the chef, but we do not have to book Seafood Donburi (Rice bowl dish). I booked the course. |

ビールが美ししく涼しげで
3人とも「美味しそう〜！」と声をあげました。 私の写真ではそれが表現できず、申し訳ありませ〜ん。 Hot Day Beer

| 前菜 ひとつひとつ手間がかかっていて、繊細で美味しい味！ 見た目の派手さはないけれど、内容が充実しています。 Starter Each one takes time, taste is delicate as well as delicious! Although it is not flashy in appearance, the content is substantial. |

私にはあゆは初物、そして、今夏、最初で最後でした。
蓼酢(たで酢)にわさびがほんのり入っていました。
泥臭さは全くなく、骨さえも食べられました。

fried grill with salt (I think it was)
This
was the first and last time I ate Ayu this summer.
The
sauce : Tadezu included a little wasabi.
Tadezu is seasoning made with polygonum leaves or water pepper vinegar.
There
was no muddy taste and even the bones were eaten.

デザート
昔懐かしい味、濃密な味のプリン。鎌倉山倶楽部のデザートもこのプリンでしたが、量が5倍くらいでした。 濃い味なので、私には、このくらいがちょうど良いです。 Dessert
The taste of the custard is fondly‐remembered and dense.
This dessert is served by Kamakurayama Club, too
though the amount was about five times
As the taste is dense, for me, this is actually just as good.  ありがとうございました！ お料理もおしゃべりも楽しみました。 Thank you very much! I enjoyed meal and chatting. |
美味しいお料理でした。
場所も便利、値段も手頃、サービスも良かったです。
Rをぜひ連れて行きたいと思います。
The dishes were delicious.
The location is convenient, the price is reasonable and service is good.
I really would like to take R here.
