池に座っている像は奪衣婆（だつえば）と懸衣爺（けんねおう）
奪衣婆は三途の川のほとりにいて冥途の旅人の衣服を
剥ぎ取り懸衣爺に渡します。
その衣服を衣領樹という木の枝に懸けその枝のしなり具合で
生前の罪の軽重を判断するという伝説があります。

庭の入り口
たくさんの人がいて、とても驚きましたが、今日はあじさいの庭に入る整理券が出されていないので、
これが、あじさいの時期は通常なのかもしれません。
Entrance of Garden
I was very surprised by how many people were there, although they did not give us number control tickets for their garden, so it might be normal in 'Hydrangea Season'. |
私の写真は、あじさいと人の頭がまじりあって、ときどきどちらかがわからなくなります。(笑)
In my photographs, there are mixed hydrangea with people's heads and sometimes you could not decide which is which？(laugh)
