❸あじさいの頃; デイジーカフェ - 6月10日 / Hydrangea Season; Daisy's Cafe - 10th of June

長谷寺を見た後、ちょっとお腹がすいたので、

麻心(まごころ)という、

由比ケ浜沿いにあるレストランを目指しました。

英国に住んでいた頃から、行ってみたい

と思っていたところです。

ですが、訪ねてみると、(ランチタイムの？)営業時間が

終了していました。残念！

偶然に、お隣のデイジーカフェも行ってみたいと思っていたので、
そこに入りました。

After Hase Temple, we felt peckish,
so we would go to a restaurant:  'MAGOKORO'.
I had wanted to visit there since I lived in Britain.
However, when we got there, they had finished (lunch time).
That's too bad!
By chance, next door is a cafe: Daisy's Cafe
which I had wanted to visit too since being in Britain.
Then we went in!

店内
湘南らしい感じがし、
親しみやすい古さもあり、結構落ち着けます。

Inside
There is a Shonan atmosphere,
and slightly rustic that it is easy-going and very relaxed.

カップもかわいい！
お店の雰囲気とあってます。
意外にも(失礼！)、カフェオレが美味しかった！

It suits the atmosphere of the cafe.
Unexpectedly (sorry!) my cafe au lait was lovely!

姉はハーブティを飲みました。
My sister had a pot of herb tea.

"ジャスミンズライス"
このお店の看板メニュー。
エスニック味に飢えているせい
(Rはニンニク、タマネギ系がだめなので）
もあるのかもしれませんが、美味しいかった！！！
もう少し、盛りつけがプロッぽいと良いけれど、
この無造作さがお店の感じにあっているのでしょうか？

"Jasmine's Rice"
This is their signature dish.
Although maybe I miss ethnic food taste
(R cannot eat garlic, onion and so on), it was delicious!
I think professional food should be presented better,
although this casual dish might suit this cafe?

お店の人が手際良くかき混ぜてくれます。
結局、ぐちゃぐちゃにしてしまうので、
ぼん！という感じの盛りつけでいいのでしょうね。

The waitress mixed with skill.
The dish was changed after all,
so it is like 'Boom!', which is good serving, isn't it?

姉はハーヴチキンプレート
姉は美味しいと言っていました。
私は自分の分で十分で味見はしませんでした。
でもやっぱり、盛りつけをもうちょっとなんとか...
という思いはとめられません。

My sister had a plate of herb chicken.
She said it is good.
My meal was enough for me, so I did not taste it.
However, I cannot stop my thinking that
the arrangement could be a little bit better. 

最後に江の電を撮影して、この日の散策終了です。

our walking was finished today.
