水野結実さんの個展がドックカフェ、"dappleback d cafe"であり、Rと出かけました。

今、これを書いているのは2018年5月、いつものように、遅すぎるアップで、なんの宣伝にもならず、ごめんなさい。

Yumi Mizuno's Exhibition was in a dog cafe, "dappleback d' cafe" and I visited the cafe with R.

I am writing this now in May 2018, as usual, it is too late, so does not become any publicity, I am sorry.

最寄駅は、小田急多摩線はるひ野駅。
初めて利用しました。

The nearest station is the Odakyu Tama Line Haruhino Station.
I used it for the first time.

自宅を出るのが予定より遅くなり、カフェ到着も遅くなってしまいました。

はるひ野駅が自宅からも、次の予定の場所からも遠く、カフェ滞在時間が短くて、残念でした。

また、カフェでは大学時代の友人達が集まっていて、私達の到着を待ってくれてもいたので、みんなに迷惑もかけました。

みなさん、ごめんなさい。

クリスマス・シーズン / Christmas Season

Leaving home was later than planned, arrival at the cafe was delayed.

It was a pity that Haruhino Station was far from home and our next planned visit and our cafe-staying time was short.

Also, at the cafe, friends from university days gathered and they were waiting for our arrival, so I bothered others too.

Everyone, I am sorry.

"御成カフェ" へのオマージュでしょうか？
Is it a homage to "Onari Cafe"?

いつもは水野さんの個展の際にはポストカードを買うのですが、
今回はあまりにせわしなくて、買うのを忘れました。

I normally buy post-cards in Mizuno's exhibition,
 although I forgot to buy because we were in too much of a hurry.

彼女の作り出す場面は、人間関係の優しさを感じます。

大げさな表情ではなく、登場人物の性格や気持ちを伝えることがとても上手だな〜と感心します。

She created  scenes in which I feel the kindness of human relations.

I am impressed that she is good at telling characters and their feelings without exaggerated expressions.

みんなでわいわい... / They are full of fun ...

彼女がカフェの中にいる間、幸せな気持ちでいることを感じます。

人を観察するのも好きなのでしょう。

それは人が好き、人に興味があるからなのですね。

擬人化するのは、生々しいさを避けるためと、

より創作作品にするためだと理解しています。

みんなでわいわい... / They are full of fun ...

I feel she has been happy while she is in a cafe.

She also likes to observe people, 

because that she likes people and is interested in people.

I understand that her anthropomorphication is to avoid being too realistic 

and to make her work more creative.

ペンギンの風船! 
楽しいアイディアです。

It is a fun idea.

かわいいのに、大型動物の個性を失わないところが素晴らしい。

Even though they are cute, it is wonderful they do not  lose their character 

as large animals.

小動物、大型動物、ペット系動物...そして鳥類ですね。
Small animals, large animals, pet animals ... and birds.

水野さんはカフェを個展会場にすること、テーマにすることが多いのは、人と居るが好きだからなのだな〜と思います。

ここ何年かの間に、彼女はそのことに気づき、より一層その道に絞っているようです。

また、彼女の世界を愛する人のタイプも理解しているのでしょう。

彼女の自信が垣間見えます。

彼女は"彼女の道"を見つけたのかもしれません。

日本の淑女の価値観が感じられます。
I feel the value of a Japanese lady.

In my view she often makes cafes her exhibitions venue and her themes are cafes, because she likes to stay with people.

In the past few years she has noticed that and seems to be more focused on that way.

She also understands the type of person who loves her world.

I can see her confidence.

She might have found "her own way".
