英国留学のときにお世話になったヤスダ先生の作品が売られていて
驚きました。 先生の作品はギャラリー価格で、ショップの価格帯に入らないと思っていました。 Rはいくつか購入しました。 When I studied in Britain, I received favours from Takeshi Yasuda. Some of his works are sold here, and I was surprised. His works are usually priced for Galleries and I thought it could not be in the price range of a shop.

作品を発表している、日本人の 'Sさん' を思い出しました。

このカードを見つけたので、購入し彼に送りました。
喜んでいただけたかはわからないけれど...?
意味合いは元来違っても、似たような形状、対象のものを送られることは
アーティストは、時として、喜ばないものです。
私の配慮は、たりなかったのかも?

to their own work.
